Điểm cộng: khách sạn sạch đẹp, còn rất mới. view tuyệt vời, chủ thân thiện. Cách phố cổ ~1km. Cho mượn xe đạp free. Tư vấn địa điểm cực kỳ nhiệt tình. Ban công chung từng tầng rất sạch đẹp. Điểm trừ: ko hoàn toàn là điểm trừ, chỉ là tắt đèn ban công hơi sớm (hoặc vì dân sài gòn mình thức hơi muộn) đi dạo phố cổ về, chưa kịp selfie cái ban công đẹp này. Xem tiếp

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và quan tâm tới khách, tụi mình được anh chị chủ nhà và chị lễ tân hỗ trợ hết mức, đặc biệt là thông tin du lịch Hội An và các điểm lân cận. Homestay mới, sạch sẽ, gần ngay khu phố cổ nên thuê xe đạp đi rất thú vị nhé. Ngoài ra cũng rất tiện đường để đến các làng nghề truyền thống, các bãi biển. Mình sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp :) Xem tiếp

The room is clean and everything seems quite posh for Vietnamese standards. We had all in all a good stay. Although the location seems pretty near the old town, you have to walk for about 15 minutes. If you want to do laundry, you pay 40k per kilogramm. We wanted to go to the Bach Ma nationalpark and they arranged the ride with the bus. We thought, the bus will catch us up directly. The house keeper took 200k from us and payed the taxi driver and the taxi driver payed the bus driver. The bus just stopped at Ga Cau Hai, dropped us off and we had to find a solution. So we assume, the house keeper earned some money with it and we could have had it cheaper and better organised. So be aware, if you plan a trip. Besides this the house and the room we slept in was pretty good and their English was good. Xem tiếp

Such a lovely family , they made sure we had everything we needed. Nice breakfast, spotless room, we even got a deluxe room even though we book that so that was great. Good location, free bicycles to cycle the area , would highly recommend Xem tiếp

my friend and me originally wanted to stay for 3 nights but extended everyday, so in total we stayed 7 nights. our room was perfect, really clean and they cleaned it everyday. the bed is comfortable and the whole atmosphere in the home stay was just so friendly and welcoming. we had bycicles everyday, which was easy to get into the old town within 10 minutes. we had a lovely time and would always come back !!! nina and annabell 22, 23 From germany) Xem tiếp

There were a lot of great things about this homestay, but also a big aspect that was dissapointing. Pros: 1) Nice location especially if you have a motorbike, but within walking distance of old town. Good restaurants outside of old town in walking distance as well. 2) Very clean and a nice room. Pretty big and the bed was comfortable. 3) Really good breakfast. Omelette cooked fresh and good baguette. 4) Left without getting back passports by manager and the owners drove them out to us in DaNang. Very considerate. Cons 1) As soon as I arrived I was bombarded with a sales pitch from the manager Vi. First it started when my husband called about a bus from Hue to Hoi An. Vi wanted us to take a private car she would arrange (which was expensive) and so couldn't give us any info about the bus. When we showed up on a motorbike she seemed annoyed, immediately asking us why we didn't take a car and how much we paid for the motorbike. Then she started on the tailoring. For the first few days of the trip she constantly came over to tell us that she had a friend down the street who did tailoring, and could we go with her now (no), would we go in the next few hours (no), and then when were we going (never!) Next it was the tours. Pretty clear she earns a commission, which if you read about this sort of thing with tailors/tours in Hoi An it usually means the customer absorbs that commission within the cost. It got so uncomfortable to constantly say "no" until she got the hint (days later). Now based on the pros (which there are many for Azalea) it may be worth it to stay. However, my husband and I both thought that a HOMEstay should be much more welcoming/personable and less money grabbing. As we are travelling extensively in SE Asia, Azalea was a bit of a splurge for us. We did NOT appreciate being pressured to spend even more, especially when it was incentivizing for the manager, and thus involved us supplementing the income of a place we already paid to stay. Very nice place with very helpful People . Good breakfast with a nice view on balcony . They also serve if you like a typical Vietnam dish . I have had a great time at Azalea Homestay and I would like to come back . It can't be better . Xem tiếp

A peaceful surrounding with excellent rooms, very comfortable beds and lovely helpful staff. The balcony is a bonus overlooking the river. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be away from the busy town centre but close enough location to get everywhere. Superb environment Xem tiếp

We had a brilliant stay at Azalea. Lovely comfortable modern rooms, tasty breakfast, great location, peaceful, and the most friendly and helpful staff ever. The owners Luan and Hua really went out there way to make us feel very welcome, this is a beautiful place to stay and is highly recommended. We'll definitely be going back! Xem tiếp

Stayed here 3 nights. The guesthouse is spotless clean, comfortable beds and staff super friendly and want to help you with everything. Tasty Breakfast every morning. The location is a little outside the main touristic area - about 20 min walk but they have bikes that you can rent. Overall a great hostel if you dont mind walking 20 min downtown everyday Xem tiếp

The family and staff at the homestay really made us feel, well, at home. Everyone was super kind and helpful, and the home cooked breakfast each morning was fantastic. The location is a very easy bike or walk to the center of Hoi An. Definitely recommended! Xem tiếp

It is great homestay. Recently renovated building, clean and modern rooms with privet bathrooms some even with privet balcony. Although I would call it more of a guesthouse then homestay (even thought the owners live there too). Younger sister who mainly takes care of the homestay and guest is lovely, helpful and caring. She will help you plan your stay, make delicious breakfast in the morning and advice on thing or two. The older sister who is a owner is another story. She seems trying hard to be nice but all she cares about is getting as much of your dollars as possible. On arrival we said we booked with agoda and she was insisting on us to pay cash because it's better for her. Explaining that's isn't actually not convenient for us wasn't enough and she was carrying on with the persuasion. When we declined on paying cash once again she offered an upgrade of the room for extra $5. I get it it's her business but there are other more effective and less invasive ways to incise your income. Upon our checkout she asked how are we getting to Da Nang so I said we are taking the public bus and immediately she offered getting us a tourist bus for 120k. I thanked her and said we would rather take the public transport as it was only 20k each but she insisted they the tourist bus is better and in very good price. I just said firmly we are taking the public bus and carried on with my own business. Overall great place to stay about 20mins walking distance to the ancient town, breakfast are great and freshly made every morning, although noodle soup seems just plain. But be ready for not so great experience with the owner. Get things done with the younger more pleasant sister. Xem tiếp

I give every sector 5 stars. Nothing to complain here. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, just one straight way from the Homestay to the Quarter. I love the balcony. Will stay here when going back to Hoi An Xem tiếp
