Tuyệt vời
Toạ lạc ở khu phố khá yên tĩnh và trung tâm. Thiết kế nội thất phòng khá tốt, giường êm ái, cửa sổ lớn nhiều ánh sáng. Tuy nhiên hơi bất tiện một chút vì nhà vệ sinh không nằm gần phòng, phải đi qua bếp và phòng ăn và luôn có nhân viên nằm, ngồi ở ngay đó nên tính riêng tư không có. Cách âm không tốt vì cửa ra vào thiết kế hở nên mọi âm thanh nhân viên nói ở ngoài phòng ăn đều nghe thấy rất rõ. Đặc biệt là buổi đêm. Ban công có ghế ngồi nên được vệ sinh sạch sẽ hơn. Xem tiếp

Although the interior looks nice on images... It doenst mean it's all clean and nice place to stay. Bed sheets smells really not pleasant and some parts are still not cleaned. And stuff are not professional and not trained. I complained the fact that the hot water did not come out but they did not fix and even respond to it. I would rather stay at hostel and overall its overpriced and overrated for the price. Xem tiếp

We booked this homestay many times. It's in the central of district 1, so we can walk to many restaurants, coffee shop or Notre dame, Vincom mall,etc The room is nice, bigger than in the pictures & clean! Xem tiếp

Stay at the king deluxe room, a spacious room with an attached bathroom. Pls note that if you stay in the deluxe balcony, the toilet is outside. Strong WiFi. Soft queens size bed. Quite place. The bedsheet got a smell, I guess they didn’t change after the previous guest left. Xem tiếp

-pros: central location, good price 500k/night -cons: Although it looks nice in the pics, the place is dirty. Toilet is very dirty and smelly, full of old toothbrushes. Gives me the creeps Service is quite bad, room is not made up daily. Everything is not done professionally. Honestly next time i would actually pay more rather than staying here Xem tiếp

I had a relaxing comfortable stay. The room I stayed in was extra spacious with a lux feel. Even though the toilet for my room was outside the room, the shower was in the room and I wasn’t inconvenienced at all. Thanh and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. It’s located on a beautiful street in district 1 close to many embassies with quick access to other parts of the centre. Xem tiếp

the room it self is nice however, the toilet is out in the general area and presumably shared with others. the shower in the room is awkward and very moldy. my room was on the 1st floor, next to the living area where other guests pass through , it is extremely noisy both from the road and from other guests Xem tiếp

The room far exceeded my expectations and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thanh was very responsive to any questions I had, the staff at the homestay are very sweet and kind. Towels were replaced every day, much to my surprise as I didn't expected hotel-level service, and the homestay was located about a 5 minute walk from the major tourist attractions. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saigon. Xem tiếp

我住的房型式有陽台的 照片上看起來很不錯很新 但入住時大傻眼，房間裡面沒有廁所，只有一個很小的淋浴間(當然也沒洗手檯)，超級不方便!!! 房間的門也不是一般的門，是用推拉式的玻璃門(很重很卡很難推)，再用一個密碼鎖鎖起來... 隱私度不足... 房間地板也很髒 到處是灰塵，木地板還凸起來... 唯一的優點大概就是房間夠大行李廂可以攤平 共同區域(例如廚房)也沒整理很亂 因為房間沒廁所也要跟其他人共用，對女生很不友善 整個民宿就只有一個弟弟在顧(很沒系統管理) 雖然他態度和善@@ 總之大概是我在agoda住過最雷的一次 一樣的價格甚至更便宜，可以住上更多更好的...例如我們在胡志明第一晚的triple E(雖然房間不大但很乾淨，員工英文也好，早餐雖不到很好吃，但cp很高) Xem tiếp

很美，但是因为我的另一半十分不喜欢没有独立卫生间的，所以我们换到另一间，因为当时看评论并没有说明哪一间有独立卫生间哪一间没有。这一间带阳台的没有独立卫生间的。King Deluxe这间真的很美，而且有一张沙发和独立卫生间。但是因为没有热水，所以我们付了两天的钱只住了一天就走了，我是一年四季都要洗热水的人😂 Xem tiếp

和朋友一行四人入住，位置真的非常赞，去逛商场制只需要走路去。但是设施略显简陋，虽然房间的装饰风格很ins，但是我们可能更习惯酒店了吧。只有一个小弟弟是工作人员，他很可爱，还帮我们签收快递了，十分感谢。好像只有家庭房是有独立卫生间的，其他的房型厕所是在外面。 Xem tiếp
