The staff doesn't speak English and can't use Google Translator. There was a huge party in the hotel with drunken people shouting in the corridors and no one did anything about it. We were told we could pay by card but finally couldn't and, although the room was quite clean, we saw a cochroak and the corridors and halls were dirty. Xem tiếp

When I came check in after booking, they refused to let me in with the reason: out of room while There was no problem or notification for the booking. It took me time to find another hotel and i was really dissatisfied with customer service quality and attitude of the receptionist and the ladyboss Xem tiếp

Upon arrival it did not seem like the reception had record of our reservation. Took some time but finally got room only to find out that it had not been cleaned! Went back to reception and asked for a clean room. This took awhile again because staff did not speak English and had to use Google Translstor. We had booked a VIP suite and needed to emphasize that. Eventually got key and room was at least cleaned but quite dingy (curtains ripped, paint peeling on walls). Only plus would be that it was very spacious. There was no heat and despite getting 2 extra quilts ( they didn’t appear to be very clean) we were very cold. Only stayed 1 night and breakfast was stated to be included. When we asked where breakfast was served we were told they no longer serve breakfast. After showing verification that breakfast was to be included, we were finally taken into a rather dirty dining room and provided with a decent breakfast. The manager of this hotel who can speak good English is very helpful. We almost got cheated by the meter taxi driver from airport but the manager was very protective. He did actually phone up taxi company to make report for us about that ill behavior driver and finally we paid only a normal taxi fare to him. Xem tiếp

Almost no English spoken anywhere but the young receptionist did try her best after giving us a twin and not double room. No Wi-Fi in rooms just in lobby. Contrary to advert. And a disco in front makes getting to sleep challenging.. NOT A LOT TO SEE IM VINH ANYWAY. Definitely a 1 night stop Xem tiếp

Perfect for my purpose. Beds are hard, but that's normal in Vietnam. Staff were friendly and helpful despite the fact that they spoke no English and I no Vietnamese. Good selection of snacks and drinks in the minibar. Xem tiếp

the room was really big an consisted of a bedroom and living room. everything was clean. the staff was friendly; however, there were definitely language barriers. the tv had many channels to choose from and the wifi was good. the biggest downside was the club that played very loud music from 8pm to midnight, which appears to be pretty much everyday of the week. also the breakfast was very strange. it is a pretty big hotel and we were the only ones at breakfast. there was pretty much nothing prepared and had to go someone to make the eggs and toast for us. stayed vinh city one night on way through. hotel reception was small but welcoming with friendly greeting. check in, check out processes were simple and without fuss. vip double room on 6th floor was clean, spacious with basic comfortable amenities. maybe i have been long enough in viet nam to be able to enjoy good night sleep on what might be considered a hard mattress. unable to comment on quality of breakfast as i seemed to be the only guest at 8am! special service was toast and coffee. only down side to the stay was loud music raging from attached karaoke bar. if you can tune it out, no problem. after all, this is viet nam! The bar in the ground level is very noisy. Its sound spread to all of the hotel, even in the room. Restaurant in the hotel only has a few dishes and expensive. Windows and doors are not quite fit so there was the wailed (whistled) when the wind blows. Xem tiếp

we stayed here on a stopover during out motorcycle trip to the south for one night, and it served is purpose fine; fairly cheap, very modern features & rooms, big room, fan and air con, walkable to town Xem tiếp
