Wanting some space to relax during a week long stay in HCM, we looked for a luxury apartment with a pool. Ava Residences does have a nice garden area for relaxing and we did, but what the site failed to mention is that it is a considerable distance from the city and to get there and back entailed expensive (even for HCM!) taxi fares.We had been to Vietnam before and were slightly familiar with the ways of the city, so could cope with taxi drivers and non-English speaking locals, but for first time visitors it would be completely daunting. The Residences are in an area of secure apartments for foreign nationals and there are no amenities at all close by. It is aimed at long term stays, so not really in the luxury category and there are no little niceties such as soap, shampoo or tissues provided, or even any artwork on the walls.Because there are no tourists, the apartments do not have a restaurant, tour desk,or even a map of the local area. The staff are all charming and eager to please but do not have sufficient English skills to understand what the tourist is looking for. For someone working in Vietnam who wanted a long term base away from the hustle of the city, it is probably great - but not for a short visit to see the sights of Vietnam. Xem tiếp

I went to here with my friends. Room was bigger than my thinking. It is residence, so we thought all cooking utensil will be. However there was just dishes only! You should bring pot or fryfan if you want to cook. Xem tiếp

There are two blocks in this apartment. We stayed there for a weekend to get away. We had a three bedroom apartment. There is no restaurant and you will need to take a taxi to get to any restaurant. The pool is ok and there is an outside sauna. We like the small bakery in the apartment ground floor. They make very good cupcakes and coffee. The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. There are waning machines and driers so they can be used for linger stays. Xem tiếp

my husband and i stayed at ava residences on our last night in ho hi minh city, and only wished we had stayed here throughout our time in hcmc. the staff were exceptional in their sevices and even upgraded our room, free of charge, to allow us a earlier check-in. the 3 bedroom apartment was like home away from home, with absolutely evrything you need, to make your stay both homely and enjoyable. brand new apartments, extremely clean and faultless. thank you to the staff and we will definitely recommend ava to all our friends an family. maurzy (melbourne, austalia) Xem tiếp

the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was truly special, with views over the river and fitted out with high quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, large living area and bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a walk in wardrobe and en-suite with his and her sinks. the apartment is located within district 2, being very peaceful and only 10-15 minutes taxi ride to the centre of ho chi minh city. the supermarket 'an phuoc' is located only 10 minutes away convenient to stock up on provisions with lots of western imports. the apartment and communal area's were spotless and front off house staff very helpful and friendly. ホーチミンは何度も着ましたが、今回のホテル（リゾートマンション？）の様なスタイルは初めて。家族で着ましたので子供は喜んでプールに入ってばかりでした。セキュリティもしっかりしてますので安心して子供を連れて行けますよ。 インターネットも使い放題ですし、仕事しながら家族サービスには良いでしょう。 難点は中心部よりやや遠い事と、レストラン、カフェが有りませんので自炊ですから、ベトナム慣れしてないと少し大変かも・・。 Xem tiếp

위치적으로는 시내(1군)과 멀지 않은편이지만, 택시를 꼭 이용해야만 해서 차량이 없는 여행객들은 불편 할 것같습니다. 주변 편의시설이 취약(도보기준) 시설은 매우 청결했고, 관리도 잘되있는 편이였습니다. 수영장은 대체로 깨끗했지만, 3살 꼬마가 놀 수 있는 수영장의 높이는 준비되지 않았습니다. 조리 시설이 있지만, 냄비가 없어 요리를 해먹지 못했습니다. 방은 전체적으로 중간크기로 7명이 지내는데 부족함이 없었습니다. Xem tiếp
