vợ chồng tôi thực sự đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại đây, khá nhiều danh lam thắng cảnh, địa điểm ăn uống đáng để thưởng thức, 1 điều chắc chắn là vợ chồng tôi sẽ quay lại đây vào 1 ngày không xa, 1 kỳ nghỉ đáng nhớ :) Xem tiếp

Rất thích hợp cho đi công tác ngắn ngày. Buffet không đa dạng lắm. Khách sạn ở rất gần Hồ Hoàn Kiếm có thể đi bộ và khá yên tĩnh. Nội thất ấm cúng. Tuy nhien, có vẻ hệ thống thoát nuoc không tốt lắm Xem tiếp

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location and value for money. Okay breakfast as omelette was good. Our room had a bit of a mouldy smell, but that was probably bad luck, and the room size and bed were both good. Xem tiếp

I stayed here about 3 years ago and the condition of this hotel is showing its age. I think it needs an uplift soon. Other than that, nice hotel and great location. I didn’t have the breakfast nor used the gym so I cannot comment on that. I had 2 rooms. One room had a hard bed and one had a soft pillow top which was nice. Worked fo us. So if when you book, I would request for the bed that you prefer and hopefully they can accommodate. My only complaint is the shower in my room 704. The shower head needs replacing, more water flows through the sides than through the shower head. And the shower door/window leaks water a bit so when u shower, the floor gets a little wet and it’s slippery. The staff were wonderful. Spoke good English and attentive. Upstairs restaurant has a nice view of the lake. There is a great seafood restaurant near the hotel. When u walk out of the hotel, it’s to ur right. There’s 3 locations and they are the same restaurant. Xem tiếp

I had a comfortable stay at the Hotel. They provide quality Halal food. The Hotel is near the old Quarters which is good for fellow shoppers. The room was comfortable The Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and informative. Very easy to get Taxi from the Hotel. Xem tiếp

The check in is very fast, the staff served us ice tea whike waiting. The location is near to the old quater, nearby there are many eating places. With the help of the front desk staff, we managed to rent a motorbike. When we complained that it is faulty - the hotel staff help to contact the motorbike company to have it changed. Elsewhere this might get a better review, but in Hanoi visitors are spoilt for choice and there are better options in this price range (we stayed overnight in Hanoi on 3 separate occasions, each time in 3 star hotels). The room and bathroom were clean, new and well appointed. The breakfast was buffet style and typical of the high standard at this price point in Hanoi. There just wasn't anything exceptional about the room or service like we experienced elsewhere. Unfortunately the bed was also extremely hard, so much so that it was difficult to sleep. I had also ticked airport transfer when making the booking and as per Agoda's advice had tried to contact the hotel to confirm. They didn't reply and I therefore assumed that there would be no transfer. Nonetheless we looked for a sign when we arrived, but didn't see any so we proceeded to the hotel on our own. After we checked in, the manager called us and made his displeasure very clear that we had not taken the airport transfer which he claimed had been waiting for us. We thought we resolved this by explaining that we neither saw anyone waiting for us nor received any reply to my attempt to confirm the transfer. However, at checkout he presented us with a bill for the transfer. It took too much persistence from us to get him to withdraw it. This left us with a bit of a bad vibe about the place, especially compared the the warm friendly service (and comfortable beds) we experienced elsewhere in Vietnam. Xem tiếp

It is a affordable hotel for traveler. The service very good, even i can print my web check-in boarding pass at the computer room and collect from the lobby. The staff very nice, helpful and try to facilitate. The location hotel also not so far from the old street, within a walking distance. Since we were upgraded to a bigger room during our return from Halong Bay. It was the same layout as the suite room but only bigger in space. However, the same problem exists, that is, the wall is too thin and that we can hear the tv noise from the room beside us. However, this time, the neighbour was considerate and kept the volume to tolerable levels. Other than that, we liked the room very much due to its spaciousness. There is a huge bathtub, the biggest that we have ever had in our travels which was good for a nice long dip. Wifi was available and strong signal since the router is just outside the door. Nice city view although the windows needed some cleaning. Close to the water puppet theatre and other eateries. Xem tiếp

This hotel was centrally located and affordable. It is just 3 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake and there are many nice eating places and coffee shops nearby. The wifi was good and available throughout the hotel. The only problem is that the suites are placed next to each other and the walls are too thin, so the noise from the tv can be heard from the other room. We needed to get the staff to approach the next doors' guests to turn down the volume which they did so promptly. Xem tiếp

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel which I personally think is is underated at 3 star.The hotel is excellently located near shopping districts at old quarter but yet not nosiy that happens to most hotels nearby.Also it is very clean with modern layout and facilities with big bathtub.I would definately stay this hotel again. The only improvement it might consider to improve its star rating is more variety of food. Xem tiếp

A new Hotel with convenient locations with access to food and entertainment within walkig distance. Hotel served with simple and yet acceptable breakfast and you have to ask for special serving like egg and noodles. Only set back is the water is not too hot and Air Con is too cold even with Max 32 degrees adjusted and I turned it off to keep warm but ended up too stuffy. Xem tiếp

I have high expectations from the time I booked this hotel but unfortunately when arrived for check in was told by reception that Agoda had oversold the room so I have to transfer to a nearby boss hotel for 1 night stay. The stay in boss hotel is so so as the hotel is just like any normal orinally Vietnamese run hotel. The next day I was finally checked in with a room but as I have mentioned to them I want a king size bed so quite annoyed when given a twin room. But later on they did change for me. I thought the room size should be bigger on the photo in the web site but turn out to be quite average. I think with less money u can stay at Gondola or Golden silk boutique which is in same category. The Authentic hotel is closed to FIVI supermarket so will be quite convenience to get some drinks or titbits. I have breakfast and lunch in the 10 floor restaurant which nice view overlooking old quarter . Xem tiếp

So close to the center and such a friendly staff! The hotel looks like completely new and the facilities are great (small gym) and the breakfast .... it is great! I was so surprised finding this hotel. It might be the reason to come back to Hanoi soon! We had a great stay and enjoyed every minute. Beside the location and service also the rooms and facilities were excellent. The hotel is new and it feels, looks and experienced like that! They are even still building on the top of the hotel to extend it, but we had no any inconvenience of that building. The breakfast, welcome and front desk services were excellent too!!
