Tôi thật sự thất vọng khi nhận phòng, KS cũ kĩ, thiết bị cũm vệ sinh phòng kém. Chỉ được một điều là thuận tiện tham quan phố cổ, hồ gươm. Xem tiếp

Our 5th stay at the Artisan Boutique and sister Artisan Lakeview. Very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable, AC works well, and the shower is great. Staff are attentive, Breakfast at the affiliated cafe is good, and it cafe balcony provides a nice view of street life. The location is ideal for exploring around Hoan Kiem Lake. Xem tiếp

I chose a room with a balcony. I was on the 6th floor and probably wouldn't have wanted to be any lower as there was a little street noise. It was great coming back to such a spacious room with balcony at the end of the day. The staff were great - always friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Xem tiếp

Old but clean facilities. The staffs are extremely nice. Prime location but less polluted with condescending beer drinking tourists like in the nearby Ly Quoc Su/ Hang Bong neighborhood . We got a suite with large bathroom and nice balcony. The only negative was the queen bed was way too small for 2 adults and the mattress was too soft for my back. Xem tiếp

We were recommended to stay at this hotel by a friend and we can see why. Pros 1. Location is very near the busy city center and weekend night market but is tucked in a quiet alley so traffic noise does not affect you 2. Counter attendants spoke fluent English and were able to give clear directions and recommendations. Service quality is excellent as they were highly attentive to your needs. Despite checking out already, we were allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel for half the day's we had a late night train to catch and even provided us with towels to bathe before the train ride. 3. Room was adequate with a large bathroom. Cons 1. Air con remote was not functioning properly and was not replaced. This is a very minor issue however. Xem tiếp

The staff are very friendly, speak quite good English & are very accommodating. They will book most things for you & offer advice. The location is fantastic, quiet street but only a block from Hoan Kiem Lake. Also some great restaurants & shops on the street. There are 2 Artisan hotels, opposite each other. I booked at Artisan Boutique for a lake view room but it's the Artisan Lakeview across the street that has the views. Our room did have a small balcony which offered a great spot to just watch life go by while taking a break from shopping & sightseeing. Xem tiếp

this is my 2nd time in hanoi and the hotel made it extra special, especially with their super, super friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. I had a bad experience during my first time in Hanoi, with people being rude all the time. The Artisan Boutique Hotel changed my perception of Hanoi. I would recommend this to anyone. reservation desk was Oke with this. He help us a lot, arrange for our Hanoi city tour and Tam Coc Tour with reasonable price. I'm book for 5 standard room and they upgrading 2 of our room to triple deluxe. The room was great with modern style, including laptop in deluxe room with hi-speed wifi access. Very clean and comfort bed. The restaurant just in next door, they serve a couple menu that we can choose. Pho and yogurt was my favorit. The restaurant with long table in the balcony, so we can eat with sign seeing local doing they routines. We recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

this place was awesome you cannot beat location rooms beautiful in old quarter one minute walk to lake, only downside hot water runs out halfway thru second person so make them a bit quicker we extended their so happy with it Xem tiếp

Small hotel with excellent room and toilet design. Hotel is within walking distance to the Old Quarter which is a must-go for all tourist. Wake up early in the morning to join the locals in their exercise around the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake. Xem tiếp

Had a great time here. The place was close to many local food stores and street shopping stretch. Although it was a small lane however internet cafes, restaurants, shopping were all within reach and no more than a 5-10 mins walk away. The counter staff were also nice enough to help us arrange a trip to Halong bay including transportation. Xem tiếp

This local 2 stars hotel is just less than 5 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake which is the more serene part of the chaotic city. It is located at the quieter end of old town which is bustling with noise and transports of all sort. There are few chic restaurants,cafes, bars and souvenir shops along the same lane. The deluxe room with balcony I stayed offered partial lake view on the 8th floor but there was noise from the top floor restaurant during breakfast period. There is free wi fi on my floor and even an IBM laptop for guest's use. Service is the best feature of the hotel with every very smiley and polite. Breakfast has limited choice and some do not look appetizing. This hotel is a great value for money with great location and service, I will stay here again if I return to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

we stay 2 nights at this hotel and we found out its very nice hotel, the interior is good, they even providing each room with a laptop for accessing internet. not to mentioned the helpful front officer that show us the nice restaurant with reasonable price. the breakfast is served on 9th floor with a view of hoan kiem lake and they provide us with quite a range of foods with great tastes too. what an amazing thing about this place is just around the corner with the noisy road of hanoi but when you enter this hotel, you can feel the private & quiet atmosphere surrounds you. we are very enjoying our stay at this hotel.
