Đến Đà nẵng đang bâng khuâng không biết tìm khách sạn nào để lưu trú thì tìm thấy Aria Grand, thực sự với vị trí thuận lợi và tiện nghi như ở đây thì rất phù hợp để ở và trải nghiệm Đà năng. Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình và thân thiện, còn hơn 5 sao. Sẽ ghé lại Aria Grand vào lần tới khi đến Đà nẵng . Xem tiếp

Not used to leave reviews but Aria Grand totally deserves a great one! Beside the beautiful design, rooms are clean and facilities perfect! Nice pool, 2 minutes from the beach, 10/10 breakfast buffet ( special mention for the manager there, really attentive and polite man ), and cherry on the top, really rare in Vietnam, a smiling and perfectly trained staff! We stayed at this hotel a few nights & had booked a room w a balcony.. little did we know there was a lot of construction across the street & we didnt get to enjoy the view much + the early morning construction noise BUT the hotel did compensate w drink vouchers. (BTW, if youre traveling to Da Nang, expect a lot of construction EVERYWHERE) The staff was extremely helpful, & the young lady in the front even took the time to write down the best local restaurants for us. The hotel is new and in good condition. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are soft and provide great sleep (which is usually not the case in Vietnam). They provide the usual services which I didn’t use though. But the reason why I would come back to this hotel are the staff! Especially the front desk and bellboys are super friendly, willing to help with anything is needed and overall just brilliant. A big thanks to them! Some room for improvement would be the water pressure in the shower as well as the lack of a service elevator. But nothing that would make the stay unpleasant. Xem tiếp

Not sure where the 4 star hotel thing came from. The place is absolutely surrounded with construction sites. As of March 18th there are three big 10+ storie hotel projects being built within 100m of the front door, no joke. In the hotels defence they have solid soundproofed windows but you can still hear most of it. I'd estimate another 2 or 3 months, maybe more, before the other places are finished. Also, when you order room service, you can't just order over the phone. You call the number and they send someone up to take the order, as in, face to face while you're maybe not wearing normal pants and leaning around the door. It's almost comical in one way, but it's bordering on harassment. Room service is generally for the hungover, or lazy or whatever, and the less human contact, the better. Other thing: my room phone rang two days ago, early. I called 0 for reception and asked what the problem was? And they said it's probably another room calling you? Oh yeah? At 8am? The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful for all my requests (had a surprise set up for my wife's birthday done). Location wise, it's about 3-4 blocks from the beach, able to be walked, but not as convenient as one right across the street from the beach. There are a lot of food options around the hotel, and there's construction everywhere around the hotel so I imagine in about a year or so the entire street will have hotels on it. New hotel, a 10-15 minutes walk from all of Danang’s finest restaurants. That pool and poolview is just amazing. We couldn’t believe we were the only one at the bar. Maybe a hidden gem that people really should figure out. Service is great at the hotel, staff is very friendly and breakfast options were great. We chose an upgraded room with balcony, but the balcony was kinda small and without a seating. That was a pitty. Also the room didn’t feel much bigger than a standard room. But maybe that was perception. On the other hand.... We were stupid enough to leave our passports in the safe when we left and without hassle they cooperated with our other hotel to get our documents transferred safely within a day. Thanks so much for this! We were welcomed with a smile and left very satisfied by what was offered. Xem tiếp

Staff was great. A few things could be improved. 1: there were old clothing from previous people in the room in which was not cleaned out. 2: the breakfast choices were pretty limited. The 2 days stayed the changes weren’t too much. 3: the location was a 15min walk to the beach. 4: the cars called were much more expensive than you can get on your own. 5: pool area didn’t have any staff on. I had a wonderful stay at Aria Grand even it is just for a night and the place is near to the airport. I took a grab car to the hotel and once i reached,there was already a staff waiting outside to open the door and carry our luggage. The staff at the counter (Hellen) was so friendly and full of smiles. She's very alert and fast in handling guests. I supposed to reach at the hotel by 1pm but due to the unexpected flight delay, i managed to arrive around 4pm. All information about the hotel well explained. The room was excellent and so so clean. The bed is bigger than i expected and very spacious room. The view is facing the beach and and i enjoyed the sauna and pool. Overall, it is an excellent hotel for those looking a place to relax and enjoy the sun. I will definitely choose this hotel If i come here again. Xem tiếp

Love the balcony with a small area of trees. Feeling like I was in a house and looking out the green garden. New hotel, everything is new, including the staffs, very young, enthusiastic and cute. Do not miss the splendide of the sunset on the rooftop pool. Will stay again? Of course. Good price for 4* hotel and all its service! Xem tiếp

Our group of 17 pax had a wonderful stay at Aria Grand Hotel and Resort, the location is good, restaurants and many convenient stores around only take a few walks. 8- 10 minutes walk to the My Khe beach with beautiful sand. Buffet breakfast is excellent that gives you many choices, room is comfortable. Next time will come again and surely stay at this hotel. Xem tiếp
