Nhân viên dịch vụ tạm được, nhưng phòng ốc quá tệ (ngoại trừ nệm và gối nằm ngủ êm). Không có nước nóng, vòi sen nhựa nhìn cáu bẩn, nhìn chung phòng tắm trang thiết bị quá cũ. Thêm điểm trừ là cách âm rất kém. Điều kinh khủng là nhóm khách Trung Quốc ăn nhậu... bên ngoài hành lang đến tận giữa khuya. Quá thất vọng với Khách sạn này. Không dám giới thiệu ai. :-( Xem tiếp

Tôi đã đặt phòng và thanh toán trước. Khi đến khách sạn bảo vệ nói không cho đậu xe trước khách sạn và yêu cầu tôi tự đi tìm chỗ đậu xe rồi đi bộ về nhận phòng. Không hướng dẫn cụ thể bãi đậu xe ở đâu. Cuối cùng tôi phải tìm khách sạn khác để ở, vừa tốn tiền vô ích vừa bực mình. Khách sạn quá tệ. Xem tiếp

Hotel is located at the corner of Tan-da road, so it is easy to find. A little far from downtown but I love this hotel. Its decoration and architecture remind me of the period of French colonialism in Vietnam and made me feel nostalgic about the good old days. Personally, I don't like the very modern-style hotel, so Arc-en-ciel is my choice. Price is reasonable and affordable. Room service is great. Although staff for room service can speak limited English, you just tell him the room number through phone then someone will pick up order in your room. Wake-up call is on time. Unbelievable, what is surprising is breakfast here is a lot better than other 3-star hotels i HCMC!!!! Quality of food is great and edible for foreigners while Chiefs are also nice and friendly. All receptionists are willing to help you though rarely see them smile (i don't take this serious) Xem tiếp

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The staff were very friendly. But I found the breakfast Buffet restaurant being very dirty. You can see lots of ants and others insects on the tables. Some of the fruits are not fresh or even rotten. Some hot items are still frozen inside. Xem tiếp

Although promotional price, basic amenities like toilet papers and room window curtain were all missing!! Complaint was made and was expected to change room with additional US$15 to be paid! This is really disappointing to mislead customers that Agoda & hotel run promotion cost thru website ! Even other 2 stars hotel will at least have such better service. Xem tiếp

Don't let the outside appearance of the hotel to fool you, the inside is all rundown and dark as well as suffocating. The staff were rude and looked down on customers - not to mention the breakfast was really poor, they did not fill the food even tho the breakfast ends at 9am and we went there 7-8am. I'm pretty sure the "western" food options had been standing there for ages. And cannot forget the ants crawling in a group in our room and on the breakfast dining hall's tables. As we told the receptionist about the ants in our room, they did nothing about it. Just if you ever lost yourself in the hotel for some reason - keep your luggages shut if you don't want small visitors inside your clothes and stuff. I warmly recommend you to book another hotel. Good, Friendly and attentive staff from the receptionist to doorman etc.Only thing is the ongoing heavy renovation at the back portion of hotel. It gave the impression that the hotel is not ready to operate. But other than that, room is clean and wifi is good. If you are looking to experience the local lifestyle in Chinatown, the place is just a few minutes walking distance. Plenty of historical temples and not forgetting morning market. We stayed in this hotel to be near friends living in HCMC. Not an ideal hotel for tourist but it was very clean, it was in District 5 and tourist need to stay in District 1. There was nothing wrong with this hotel other than its location. Xem tiếp
