Thank you for the surprise to my friend’s birthday. The staff prepared big surprise to us. The activities were interesting and fun. All the staff can speak English and provided excellent service. The whole trip is wonderful with the most breathtaking sights! We did the 3 day 2 night tour and I highly recommend it. The people who did only 1 night seemed rushed and I feel like they didn't get to enjoy all halong bay had to offer. With the 2 nights we got to see more of the bay and had time to relax, get to know other people and truly take in the whole experience! Awesome staff and amazing food. Overall, a truly wonderful experience highly recommend. Definitely worth the money! Xem tiếp

If you are considering this cruise absolutely do not pass it up. The entire experience was once in a lifetime. The boat itself is gorgeous. The rooms are the most spacious available on any cruise in the bay. Definitely do the 2 night 3 day or you will not get the appropriate experience. The staff was so fun and helpful. On the last night we ended up ripping thru some beers/coconut wine and having a huge karaoke blow out party. The food was amazing on a worldly level. This will be an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. Thanks to everyone in the entire organization that helped make this possible. Xem tiếp

Staff is extremely hospitable, food is amazing, room is very clean and well furnished, the open deck is also very inviting. Love how the cruise gave me & my boyfriend very much needed privacy and not over crowded. I did not regret choosing Aphrodite Cruise (actually, i was placed in Hera Cruise I guess they are sister-company or so). We have chosen the cruise for celebrating our marriage anniversary , staff has tried their best to transform the journey to very special moments. Mr. Jackie has been a fantastic cruise manager , he has arrange surprising celebration with cake and special decoration for us . From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't be more helpful. We went on the Hera Cruise and the boat and staff were wonderful. The meals plentiful and delicious but the main attraction was Halong Bay. Such a luxurious way to see it. Would definitely book with them again. Very expensive for what we have got. The quality of the meals are OK but not more + unique menu. Excursion on day 3 is a joke + we are oblige the eat the brunch at 9:30 am (after a breakfest at 7am). Day 3 have to be modyfy deeply. Xem tiếp

I have been on Halong Bay Cruises before with mixed success but the Aphrodite was my very best choice. Attractive boat, very clean and comfortable, efficient and friendly staff and fabulous food. There were three of us traveling, the weather was rainy and misty but we had a great time. The misty conditions made it more atmospheric and the boat and its crew more than made up for it. Phillip deserves a particular mention as he looked after us extremely well, with charm and humor. Excellent experience and I would unconditionally recommend it. Xem tiếp

The service was exceptional. The manager on board, Philip or Fou and his team provided excellent service. They were humble, friendly and genuinely nice. The family room we had was spacious and even came with a jacuzzi bathtub. What a pleasant surprise! The food was also excellent. It was an enjoyable experience for my whole family. Xem tiếp

Pros The fine dining was something to look forward to every day. Every meal was a delight. The staff were amazing and very friendly and eager to accommodate. Would like to give a special mention to Tai and Chris for their humour and hospitality. To be able to have fun with staff was also a highlight of our trip. You won't get bored with this trip. The itinerary is including "suprising cave" visit & spring roll cooking demo & squids fishing on the first day and hiking & swimming session at ti tok island on the second day. They do provide mineral water during the outing. They serve delicious meals. Fine dining style for the lunch & dinner on the first day. Buffet style breakfast &lunch on the second day. Beverages are excluded in the package but the price is reasonable. You can get buy 1 free 1 during Happy hour. They serve free coffee &tea sometimes. The crews are very friendly and can speak good English. Surprisingly, the manager can speak Mandarin. The bed and pillow is super comfortable till I do not want to leave my bed. It is the choice for you if you still considering whether should get a room with jacuzzi in other cruise. Actually you do not need a jacuzzi in room since you get entertained by the activities and just need a comfortable bed 😄 Xem tiếp

The staff were amazing. We would like to express our appreciation to the Cruise Manager Kevin, the Chef and the staff for their attentiveness, awesome and courteous service. The cruise is well organised and the food were well plated and tasted great. The premium van we booked came on time as promised, and the seats were comfortable and even had wifi onboard. We were upgraded to a Hera cruise (part of Aphrodite). Everything was exceptional, great food, staff, and itinerary. Would highly recommend bringing a bottle of wine on yourself though as their prices were quite high!! Xem tiếp
