Pro: Room rates cheap. Good location Cons: room 201, 301 has major water leaking issue. This has caused moulds. We had room up grade due to this. 501 has minor water issue. Up on checking in and paying your room rates I recommend to check your room before accepting it and also prepare your self for another hotel. This hotel is will be renovated soon. Xem tiếp

Totally unsatisfied. I've used to stay at at 3-4 other hotels at the same street area but this hotel is really not up to satisfaction. Dirty, staff not friendly. Breakfast area at rooftop is very dusty. Totally not recommended. Xem tiếp

Woman Receptionist's English is poor. Had to explain to her many times what I wanted and then she understood. Standard room where I stayed the airconditioner was not cold. Just basic hotel for short stay. Xem tiếp

An Tam hotel staff is the best.The receiptionist(man)sorry..o forgot his name😂(duty late night 17 Dis 2017) also help me printing Flight Ticket (return) free charge.An Tam is located a couple meters from Ben Thanh Market and u dont feel tired to walk at all.Best hotel if u are Malaysian couse of variety halal food restaurant in front of the hotel.👍👍👍👍 Xem tiếp

Receptionist is very helpfull. Very apreacite for all her assist. She provide us very helpfull support during our trip in Saigon. She helped us arrange for taxi, airport pick up, plan our trip, etc. However this hotel not in perfect condition, need some repair. Xem tiếp

The receptionist was very polite...very helpful...location was good nearby many halal restaurants...ben thanh market amd night market just a few metre away...after 10pm got many seller in front of the road selling with good price.better than night market.. Xem tiếp

I visited Saigon quite often for business, but this has been my favourite semi budget hotel of all time. The staff knew me, they greeted me with name, assisted me without any hesitation. Value for money for 2star hotel with 4 star service. Bed and room are comfort. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

It was a fantastic stay. The staffs were very helpful. They helped with the luggage and we were given wrapper to wrap our bag for free. We were given free upgrade to a deluxe room which was highly appreciated since we came with our 8month old girl. The staffs were very nice ans they stood up each time we went in and out of the hotel to show their respect. The hotel is located at the malaysian street and opposite the hajah basiroh restaurant. Muslim food were plenty here. The ben thanh market and night market are just a few meters away so it was convenient since we can go back go the hotel to drop our bags and continue shopping. The room 201 was spacious and clean and comfortable enough (really value for money). We were also given daily free bottled water. The bathroom came with a bathtub which was nice to wind down after all the shopping. All in all we had a fantastic stay at an tam with the staff's excellent hospitality. Nice hotel with friendly staff but not very fluent in english. I booked 2 rooms; double deluxe and triple deluxe with breakfast. Both rooms were very spacious. Unfortunately double room got problem with broken shower and triple room's phone is not working. Good thing is their wifi works excellently in every floor. For breakfast they don't gave many choices, either fried rice or mee mamak with coffee or tea. The foods were excellent but a bit pricey. Xem tiếp

Hotel located nearby shopping area (Cho Ben Thanh) and within walking distance thus no transport needed. Room were clean and large. Staff were very helpful especially when there is a language barrier with the taxi driver. Overall, I am really satisfied with my stay and definitely chose the same nest time Xem tiếp

Overall, I am satified. But, I want to highlight on broken tab in our shower and we need to climb a stair to access this hotel. It is inconvenient when we buy so much. Our first morning, our breakfast take long time to prepare due to staff that taking our order not understand English. But, the breakfast was delicious. Xem tiếp

Book twin room but not available. so they decide to give us large double room with window! Highly recommended for muslims as the hotel restaurant serves halal food. there are also 3/4 halal restaurant on the same road. Xem tiếp

It was my second visit to Vietnam and 1st time stayed at this hotel. Centrally located, accessible by public transport, close to shopping area and a lot of Halal restaurant. great stay to choose because very close to bentan market and night market. easy access to nearest shopping mall like taka plaza and saigon plaza. easy to get a taxi (more prefer vinasun taxi). will come back soon Xem tiếp
