-Khách sạn không chịu xuất hoá đơn cho khách hàng, nhân viên lễ tân ăn nói rất vô trách nhiệm. Khách ra về trước mặt không nói một lời cảm ơn. -Nhân viên đưa thẻ ăn sáng: tôi đang ngủ thì bấm chuông ầm ầm, tôi dậy thay đồ để ra mở cửa thì nhân viên tự động mở cửa xông vào. Tôi rất lấy làm tiếc vì phép lịch sự tối thiểu nhân viên cũng không được dạy dỗ. -Tôi ở đến 4 ngày nhưng người dọn phòng không thay kem đánh răng và bàn chải đánh răng cho tôi 1 lần nào, khăn tắm dùng ướt cũng không thay đồ mới. Tất cả những thứ họ làm là gập lại chăn và cho tôi lọ dầu gội mới. -Ngoài các dịch vụ tồi tệ trên thì bữa sáng menu các món ít, người phục vụ hay nhầm lẫn đồ gọi. Quả là đáng tiếc vì căn phòng không đến nỗi nào mà dịch vụ của nhân viên ở đây kém quá. Xem tiếp

Tôi ở 2 đêm, ngày thứ 2 nhân viên vào đặt phiếu ăn sáng trên đệm nhưng k dọn phòng, k đổ rác, k Thay khăn, k thêm nước lavie. Nhân viên phục vụ ăn sáng không niềm nở. Vị trí và tiện nghi khách sạn rất tuyệt! Xem tiếp

I would definitely stay in this hotel again. STAFF (ALL OF THEM) is really super friendly and helpful (from receptionist to the cleaner, they are all super great and deserved to get hugs each of them), always greets you with smile, easy to communicate and even if they couldn't speak English but the effort that they put to make sure their customer is happy and safe while in HCM is really another level. They do care about their customer safety too. LOCATION : It is really closed and walking distance to almost everything, for shopping's (Markets/Mall), tourist spots, coffee shops, convenience shop, massage place, transportation and many more. Really convenience. The room and hotel in overall is CLEAN and really make us feel super comfortable and happy with it & they even provide breakfast for Muslim/Halal food as well. The View at the ROOFTOP area for Breakfast is pretty as well. WORTH & DEF VALUE FOR MONEY. Give it a try! Xem tiếp

Toiletries for shower and tooth paste could be a little more in quantity. Not enough for a person to use day and night. Room was sufficiently big with large comfortable bed. Staff were friendly at all levels. The rooftop cafe was good. Breakfast was nice. No major issues with the hotel. Pros: right at Ben Thanh market, close to Restaurent and shopping areas. Walking distant to everywhere. Great price with breakfast included. Do search around on Agoda or hotel.com for best price before booking. Cons: noisy at night since Night Market is right next to it. If you have small baby, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Toilet/bathroom a little old with cracks on it. But if you only stay in town for a few days or weeks! Give it a try! I wouldn’t mind coming back! Staffs are super nice and sweet!! Xem tiếp

1. Room size by comparison to other similar hotel is small. 2. Aircon not working well.. Very warm rooms - about 28C even aircon switched on to 16C full blast. Changed rooms but still the same. 3. Perhaps the room design or its surrounding, therealways seem to have "someone" looking over your shoulder in the room. 4. Breakfast only served after 6.30am. If flight is too early, no breakfast. 5. Located directly opposite the Ben Thanh Market and a 10 minute walk from the CBD this hotel is an ideal venue from which to explore HCM. The rooms are well appointed, clean and offer fast internet. Add to this a delightful and helpful staff and you have all the elments for a wonderul visit. Breakfast is served on the roof top veranda so you can enjoy watching the city come to life. Surounding the hotel are numerous excellent restaurants (including a large food court) as well as entertainment venues so you need not walk far after a busy day for a last meal. Situated across from the market and within easy walking distance of the CBD of District 1, this is an ideal hotel from which to explore HCM. With a delightful staff and comfortable rooms, it is a great place to come back to after a day dodging motorbikes on the streets (and sidewalks). The only caveat is that the internet is not dependable and when available exptremely slow. This was a persistant issue on my recent stay but would not defer me from coming back to the hotel on my next visit. Xem tiếp

The room is a bit small but there are some surprises when we entered the room. Fruits and welcome drink were ready on the desk, as well as a hand-written welcome card by the manager. It was not necessary honestly but you can feel that they really value their guests. Xem tiếp

Although it’s a pretty small hotel but we were very satisfied by the hotel arrangements and their good service. Feeling welcomed by the hotel manager Steven Le who wrote us a greeting card and the fruit platter. We love our room at the first sight, clean and comfort bed, nice decoration, and good view. Basically it has everything that we need. Location is very close to Ben Tham market, easy to walk around to find food n good massage. Not forget to mention the breakfast is also very good, though not much choice to select, but the taste and portion is acceptable. Overall I would say by giving at this price, we couldn’t expect more, will sure recommend to Friends and Family when visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Xem tiếp

We had a honeymoon trip stay! Was surprised by their service and care. They gave us a nice honeymoon welcome message which was displayed at the lobby throughout our stay! Our room was spotless and white concept. Very clean, had coffee machine, bathtub, full toiletries set, dbl keycards, hairdryer and everything which you need! Hotel is 2mins away from Ben Thanh Mkt! Everywhere from the hotel is walkable! The staffs are very friendly and full of smiles daily! Breakfast was limited by menu but sufficient and served at the rooftop where you can view the high rise bldg! We got non smoking room at lvl 7 but we can just hop over to the rooftop at nights to puff which is at lvl 8. They also bring the daily breakfast vouchers to your rooms to have a personal touch with sweets and a small message! Overall I felt very comfortable and so happy to have book Anpha Boutique! The hotel receptionist are very well versed in English. I have asked them for help in finding location. The location of the hotel is good, near to the Bien Tian Market and also within 10-15 mins walk to the attraction like city hall, central post office and etc. I like their breakfast but it will be good if they can change the menu. One minus point - I was given the room at 703 and above me is the kitchen and the sound proof is very poor, before sun rise, i can hear them chopping meat, dragging table and on their music. Well, it is still far better than u stay in front of the hotel where u can hear along of car horning sound. Oh yah, forget to mention about their bath tub, it was build so high that it is difficult to climb out if the person is old & crumsy or young children, Overall, i have a good stay here. Xem tiếp

Perfect location for a visit to Saigon (just across the road from Ben Thanh Market). Great value for money; cosy, clean room; and nice touches like the in-room coffee machine and a la carte breakfast. The staff were very helpful both before and during the stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the tour to the Cu Chi tunnels that they organised for us and would recommend it to other guests. Xem tiếp

Fabulous location. Good hotel with very comfortable beds. There was a lot of street noise but i don't think you can get away from that anywhere in district 1! The noise didnt bother me, but if you are a light sleeper perhaps some ear plugs. Xem tiếp

I and my partner were celebrating our 2nd anniversary. The hotel went out of their way to make sure we have a wonderful anniversary. They upgraded us to a premier deluxe room, decorated the room, the sales manager Christine, made sure we have a great time and everything that we needed. Overall, we had a first class customer service from the hotel. I would recommend couples to stay in this hotel. Value for money. Xem tiếp

Great stay. Got upgraded to Executive FOC, great view overlooking Ben Thanh market, streets, the roundabout beyond it, and even the Bitexico tower. Breakfast is freshly made from a menu, and they give you heaps. Honestly at a restaurant each plate would be, $5-10. Only issue was lack of power points. Like, zero in my room. Xem tiếp
