+ nice, quite, new and clean room. + functional bikes with lights and bell. Bike or Motorbike rental. + nice pond in front of the door. Nice garden. +Nice Area +/-: For us not a problem because we like it so quiet, but maybe for other people. It is approximately 2 km far from Tam Coc. You will need for sure a bike or even a motorbike. - Kitchen was really expensive for that what it is. We ate way nicer and cheaper outside of the Hotel. It was not cooked with love and not Vietnamese enough. No Tofu, no morning glory, nothing special just basic cheap vegetables like carrots and cabbage. - Mango Lassi was just Milkshake. - no Houskeeping during your stay. You have to ask for toilet paper. The staff is the highlight of this place. They are so friendly and helpful. Their food is pretty good as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Motorcycle rental available at this place if you want to explore Tam Coc. Highly recommend this place! Xem tiếp

We had a fabulous time at this Homestay. It was immaculately clean, the owner was very helpful. It is a little far from places so you will need a scooter or bicycle which you can hire from them. We had laundry done (which was expensive) but they got so many stains out of our clothes. All in all a great experience. Xem tiếp

This is more like a hotel than home stay. Room was fantastic. Great size and nice bathroom. Very clean. Fantastic views out of town, no problems if you have a bike. Friendly and helpful staff. Xem tiếp

Place was beautiful and staff where really nice and helpful (speaks enough English to have conversations ). Its located in quiet place about 5-10mins by scooter from tam coc centrum. We would stay here definitely again. Xem tiếp

We booked a night before our our arrival and so we did not expected to enjoy ourselves as much as we did. The room had new facilities and was very clean. The place it self is very beautiful and welcoming, with comfortable chairs on each entrance of a Bungalow that faces a lovely pool and vegetation. Food was very good and the hostel is 5 km away from a lovely bird park. Xem tiếp

My boyfriend and i arrived from a night bus at 5am on the day we were meant to check in and everyone was obviously asleep. however we called the number and someone answered. They were so amazing and kind even though we woke them up! but they let us into our room at this time so we were able to settle in without waiting until 2pm. Our stay here was fantastic from then on. The family was so helpful and gave us plenty of recommendations for places to see whilst hiring a motorbike from them. the bungalow was clean, comfortable and with a stunning view and surroundings. We also had some washing done which was ready in just a few hours. i couldn’t fault this place if i tried. would 100% recommend. Thankyou so much. Xem tiếp

Avoid at all costs! Our bungalow was way out of town, it has no hot or warm water for the shower, while the man said he would fix “tomorrow”. Well that never happened. So we didn’t shower while we were there. The food was terrible. We rented a motorbike from them which was tolerable until it RAN OUT OF GAS. We had to push it to the nearest town and got hit up for 50kdong for 1.5L of gas cause we are foreigners. Never again. We couldn’t want to get out of there. Xem tiếp

I got the room on a special sale, so I got a fantastic deal. I got a large room that was very spacious and clean, even though the bathroom does not have all the amenities of a more expensive hotel. The host was extremely helpful and nice. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp
