If you travel on budget, then this place is definitely a good choice for you. The room is nice and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. The location of the hotel is not great and the elevator in the hotel is super small and slow. In general, the hotel is very livable if you know how to book the grab car/bike. Xem tiếp

This is my first time booked the apartment as all other standard rooms are not available. However it's a bit disappointed me that apartment is not comfortable at all even they are under same management team. First,overall the place is not clean, dust on the ground, living room, restroom, bedroom, just not feel nice as their standard room. And TV is not smart tv as their other room, so can can watch Netflix which just made my day feel so down. I will never book apartment again, but will highly recommend their standard room. Xem tiếp

When I ask the staff to change to other room, they brought me to other room,but the room is very small as I paid 60 plus to get bigger room and the room they offer is a normal standard room wish is 38 sgd offer on Web. This is something I cannot accept and I did send agoda a email but no one reply me, and I given no choose as in the middle of night, this is something I cannot accept, the smell is something I cannot accept, spend on our perfume to make the room better. The location is pretty good with nice selection of food. Using grab food is convenient or taking a grab car to the main district is also convenient. The main lobby (or it's a reception) shares the space with a furniture shop. The elevator is tiny and very slow. Only one elevator and there are a few steps to climb to it. A little hard for people with huge luggage. Overall is a pretty good stay. The downside is they seem to allow solicitation. I joined my partner later. On the first night he check-in, a girl knocked on his door at 11+pm. Continued knocking even though he didn't open the door. He then called the front desk. At first they told him to open the door but he didn't want to not knowing what's going on. The staff was also laughing over the phone and asked him if he's surprised. 10 mins later one staff came up and talked to that girl for some time. After that my partner called to ask what was it about. They briefly said she went to the wrong hotel and hung up. Xem tiếp

Rooms in the apartment were generally clean. However master bedroom had a small cock roach under the blanket. Wife got a shock when we unfold the blanket to prepare the bed for our infant to rest. The cock roach was alive and crawling. We quickly take a tissue paper to catch it and crushed it. It was quite hard and gave a cracking sound when being crushed. Very crispy. Room condition was good. Breakfast provide almost same food on everyday but can order Rice noodle separately. (Weekend provide Western style dish) Employees were really kind and helpful. Pool is on the outside of hotel so need to walk 3 min from hotel door. Walk about 15 min from SECC. In a hot day, not easy to go to SECC by walk. (need Grab) Xem tiếp

Getting to and fro from hotel is easy via Grab. Look out for the Anneta Furniture store sign. 4 minutes away from from Crescent Mall by car. Free airport ground transfer from airport if you book 5 nights. Excellent service and value-for-money. Will come back again. Xem tiếp

Simplicity sums up the design of the hotel. Had all the basic creature comforts for a short vacation. Near to Crescent mall. Some of the furniture and finishes are sold at the shop in the hotel. How delightful. Simple nice breakfast. Clean room with great turnover services. Enjoyable stay. Xem tiếp
