+ Cơ sở vật chất mới, tính thẩm mỹ cao + Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình + Khung cảnh giữ được nét hoang sơ, gần gũi thiên nhiên - Bờ biển nhỏ hẹp, nước biển đục và nhiều rác, bọt - dù nhân viên liên tục vớt rác, dọn bờ biển nhưng do vị trí của resort nằm trong đầm, gần khu dân cư nên rất khó để kiểm soát cũng như cải thiện. - Bể bơi chung nhỏ, không có khu riêng cho trẻ em - Phương tiện đưa từ đất liền ra resort là cano nhỏ, nên khi di chuyển khá vất vả do: khách và hành lý nhiều phải ngồi chen chúc không thỏa mái, khi di chuyển nhanh nước biển bắn lên làm ướt người (nhân viên có chuẩn bị áo mưa để khách che, nhưng vẫn rất bất tiện). Absolutely amazing location. Had the Ocean View Pool Villa and was more than satisfied with our accommodation. We were finishing up two weeks of exploring Vietnam and had been hiking or walking about ten miles each day. This was the perfect way to unwind at the end of our vacation. Would return/recommend. It was our 1st time staying at the resort . We booked Treetop Pool Villa which is perfect for us because of its stunning view. We like it much and enjoyed the time being there. The only drawback is English is not a common language in this resort such as restaurant and spa which was a bit disappointed. Xem tiếp

Quite possibly one of the best romantic beach holiday locations: oh-so chic and spacious private pool villas; extremely attentive and friendly service; sophisticated cuisine; peaceful adults-only resort which feels like its all your own....all at a much more affordable price than other luxury properties in its caliber. Highly recommended for couples’ holidays, where the entire resort staff will go out of their way to deliver romantic experiences like private picnics or BBQ dinners on the beach. Do opt for a beach room with private pool as you may not get the best experience from this resort with their basic Jungle Room. Their basic Jungle Room seems to be dingy located with no view whatsoever, and is shaded below some premium rooms above. Overall, the resort is still work in progress, but the swimming pool and dining area are completed. Food wise, it is just average (as I was expecting more, and it falls short below expectation). The resort boost some lovely picturesque scenes, a great place for R&R. The room is very spacious and well designed. Staff of course are always helpful and engaging. The trip to this resort takes about 15 minutes by speedboat. This resort however is not elderly-friendly as you would need to climb flight of stairs to access your room (for the rooms with private pool) Xem tiếp

Frank (General Manager), Tu (Our butler) and others who have served or provided their services to us were helpful/wonderful. We felt welcomed and your greetings and byes made us feel being appreciative. We will definitely visit this place again and i would recommend to stay longer for 2 nights so that you could visit/utilise the whole set-ups/facilities that this place has to provide. An Lam Retreats is aptly named. It is a secluded escape with a ton of natural beauty. The architecture and aesthetic were done with that in mind and it is clear that the overall design was very well thought out. This is a place to be in nature and relax. The number and size of the facilities is very high compared to the number of villas, so we never disturbed by the presence of other guests, even while eating at peak meal times. The food at the restaurant was exceptional (especially the seafood); our personal butler (Nhi) was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable; our villa was enormous and private. The best resort in Vietnam, I have a very pleasant stay here, the staff is super friendly and excellent service, including the butler and the manager, Food was excellent either in western or traditional Vietnam food, breakfast are include and is a la carte, different activities on the island including hiking and kayaking , the villa is huge and very comfee, I would definitely come again even the price is not cheap for one night, but is worth it.
