Rất tốt, khung cảnh thiên nhiên tuyệt với, đồ ăn trên sapa rất ngon. Người dân tộc thiểu số rất hòa đồng, dễ mến và nhiệt tình hiếu khách. Nhưng các bạn lưu ý, dân tộc thiểu số nhé, không phải là dân tộc miền xuôi nói được tiếng Việt. Vì đa số dân tộc thiểu số họ sống trên núi, không biết nói tiếng Kinh, và rất truyền thống mặc trang phục của dân tộc họ mỗi ngày. Còn các chủ tiệm buôn bán chủ yếu là người dân tộc miền xuôi lên sapa kinh doanh. Họ không trung thực mua bán, các bạn để ý điểm này. Đặc biệt là nhóm xe ôm cho thuê xe máy ngay trước cổng nhà thờ Đá. Khi chèo kéo khách, họ tỏ ra rất hiếu khách. Nhưng họ kinh doanh thương thảo giá không trung thực, chặt chém giá rất cao. Sau khi thuê xe, chúng tôi trả xe cho họ thì họ bảo xe vấn đề này, vấn đề kia, rồi đòi chúng tôi bồi thường, đền tiền ... Chúng tôi là nhóm gia đình có người lớn tuổi, tất cả đều là con gái và không có thanh niên nam giới đi cùng, nên bọn họ đã rất hung dữ và đòi tiền. Chúng tôi rất sợ và buộc lòng phải cho số tiền mà họ đòi. Vì thế, chuyến đi vừa rồi của chúng tôi không còn vui được nữa. Xem tiếp

Khách sạn khá nhỏ và ít phòng, view cũng không được đẹp lắm. Mình ở 1 phòng tầng 3 thì view chỉ toàn là sân thượng nhà dân, trông khá là nhếch nhác. Ngoài đặc điểm đó thì những thứ khác ổn, đặc biệt là nhân viên thân thiện, dễ chịu; nhà hàng ăn nhỏ nhưng đẹp và dễ thương. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ đầy đủ tiện nghi. Xem tiếp

Sảnh khách sạn hơi ẩm thấp, n phòng nghỉ thì ok. Tuy nhiên chúng tôi có cảm giác bị lừa, khi thấy giá niêm yết ở ks từ sau 2/9 chỉ từ đêm/phòng trong khi đặt qua agoda nghỉ 9+10/9 là đêm/phòng. Hỏi nhân viên thì đc trả lời là giá niêm yết vậy thôi. Tuy nhiên, tôi tiếp tục nhặt được 1 bill bỏ lại trên quầy ghi rõ ngày 9/9: 2đêm:15$x2=30$ (khoảng hơn đêm). Nhân viên thấy vậy k giải thích nữa, chỉ thu ngay bill về. Nên tôi k kịp chụp lại. Tuy nhiên giá niêm yết đặt trang trọng trên kệ tủ thì đã có trong máy ảnh. Thật sự k hài lòng về chuyện này! Tam the hotel manager (?) is an exceptional hostess, speaks and understands english, and is most informative of what's available in Sapa re tours etc. Location is great despite the walk up the steps to get to the hotel (no big deal unless you are unfit!). Breakfast isn't great but you don't go to Sapa for breakfast. Overall a good place to stay Xem tiếp

the staff at Fansipan View were helpful and flexible and the room was very comfortable Was a bit challenging to find the stairway leading to hotel (but that is part of the charm). Very well located in central Sapa. A bit of construction noise when I was there, but that seemed to be the case everywhere Xem tiếp

Stayed here for just one night. The hotel location is very good, right in the middle of Sapa town. Very clean rooms. They provide laundry services & free internet. The receptionist, Thuan(sp), was very informative, cheery and inspiring. She shared with me that she loves her job very much. She goes all out 100% to serve her customers. Xem tiếp

I was impressed by the staff the most. Their english skills were great, no communication issues. They were friendly and helped make our staff enjoyable. They went the extra mile to help set up a tour to hike Mt. Fansipan that was reasonably price and fit perfectly into our schedule. When we got back to the hotel after a long day of hiking they had showers for us to use even though we had already checked out. This was a huge bonus because it would have been horrible to have to ride back on the train all sweaty. They arrange our pick up and drop off from the train station so we didn't have to deal with all they seedy taxi and bus drivers; there was a person at the station with our name on a sign. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and would stay here again if I return to Sapa. Xem tiếp

this was a lovely hotel and very close to town (2min walk) the rooms were very big and clean with decent size bathrooms. our room had a balcony which was lovely facing the mountains and the city. many restaurants in walking distance. the breakfast was a set menu but very nice. i am a large fella and they offered me more at no extra charge which was a personal touch. the only thing i would warn people is the walk to the hotel from the roadway. it is very steep and to a disabled or injured/ elderly etc there are about 50 steps steep and a ramp to get to the hotel foyer. this is also slippery in the wet. but very beautiful all round hotel and would stay again without a problem. we also checked in at 9am which after 8hrs on that train was excellent. my friends and i booked the triple balcony room for 2 nights. we arrived at lao cai station around 5am, so we had to check in at the hotel in the very early morning but the service was perfect. we could check in when arriving because the room was available. the hotel manager was really nice, she came to the mini bus drop-off point to guide us to the hotel. When we booked the hotel via agoda we not sure if the hotel will pick us up at the train stn since the web doesnt support communication btw customer n the hotel although I have stated the pick up service in the special request column. However everything went great, we were picked up and transported directly to the hotel . The staff is very friendly and chatty and we were welcome with some hot tea from sapa, ưhich was so nice as when we arrived it was raining and chilly. The hotel is right in the centre with good walk to the local restaurant ( those server good BBQ food) and the busy Cau may st. I love the uphill lane that lead us to the hotel from the main str. U can get nice view from the balcony room of the ham rong. Room Is big, nice decoration and clean. def come back here when we have a chance. Xem tiếp

I loved the hotel! Although it is only 2star, the bed is super comfortable, the room with its dark wood gave you a nostalgic and cozy feel. The breakfast was plenty and the trustworthy staff new you by name. In addition, I had a wonderful balcony the morning sun was shining through in the morning, which was wonderful seeing behind the mountains. It is located 2 minutes walk from the city center. The staff at the hotel were amazing. I got sick during my stay and they made sure I was ok during the day I was bed ridden. Offered me to stay extra nights if needed, to get me a doctor. They were very nice specially as I was traveling on my own. The room itself was spacious and clean. The hotel is quiet. I slept perfectly. Highly recommend. Good value! Xem tiếp

good, however i felt what the website described the superior room as having was very discrepant with what was actually there.( no robes, fruit basket, fresh flowers etc etc) of most inconvenience was the lack of a hairdryer,wet hair in those temperatures was not a pleasant experience. Xem tiếp

We were given a room in the front which had the best views out over Sapa and towards Fansipan....amazing! The room was good with new air con so adequately heated and the hotel is located in a great position right near the square. Xem tiếp

Room was very comfortable and roomy. Enjoyed the glass-enclosed shower. It was especially nice to have the two-way air conditioner / heater as the weather was cold, but we stayed toasty warm in the room. Location wasn't bad, fairly close in, though off the main drag and up a long flight of steps. One minor drawback was the small lobby with limited seating. Free breakfast was basic but tasty. Xem tiếp

A great value hotel for our stay in Sapa. The breakfast included in the rate was delicious and there's a big range to choose from. The hotel is in a very central spot, perfect for seeing a few things on the way to dinner or just going for a walk. The lady on the front desk is amazingly helpful and the tours run by the same company downstairs are nice and cheap but very interesting with hilarious guides . An early check in is available which is great after arriving off the train, they also offer a free pick up from lao cai station when you arrive. The only problems we had with this hotel was the showers, the hot water ran out after a few minutes and even though we asked for a double bed we had two singles pushed together. The beds were extremely hard and there were cracks in the windows where they wouldn't shut properly. The problems were minor however, we were quite comfortable and weren't in the room very often anyway. Great value hotel and a good stay in Sapa! Xem tiếp

Stayed here for 3 nights with a night in a homestay. The rooms are a good size, plumbing is a bit dodgy and the bathroom smells a bit but we got a nice view and the staff were fabulous. They arranged a free pick up from the train station and also got train tickets in a good cabin and sorted bus tickets back to Hanoi. The breakfasts were good and after trying some bad restaurants in the town we had some really good meals in their restaurant next door. They let us spend the day we left in their foyer and restaurant which we really appreciated as it rained the whole of that day. Xem tiếp

The hotel is well located in the center of town. We had a very spacious room, but no balcony, so had to go outside to smoke. Access to the hotel is up some very steep steps... The receptionist was charming and helpful, with good English. All in all a nice hotel. I would stay again and ask for a high level room, as our very spacious and clean room on the ground floor, was at times, noisy. It was a bit tricky to find, but it's opposite the fountain, up the steps. Xem tiếp
