Room is worth for money, location is on the main street with many food store around. The toilet is broken, cant do anything with it even staff offered to move to other rooms but my aunt got the broken leg so i prefer to stay at G floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Xem tiếp

What to say.... the room was dirty and the bathroom had not been clean since the previous guest left... in the bathroom water was leaking from the cealing... you shouldn't bothered to complained, as no one speak inglish and the personal was looking indifferent... by the way between 1 and 4am female shouting in the corridor... very fritening.... sorprice that Agoda support this premacies..... Good morning, We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and the hotel was not what we expected. When we arrived we realized the pictures were different from the bedroom they have us and also the fridge was broken and they didn't give us a solution or change the room when asked them. Also we had problems with the wifi in the room we had to go to the stairs so we could have some reception. And the worst part was that the bedroom wasn't clean and the noise was terrible. I think for the price that I paid it was definitely not worthy, I don't understand how I can trust the website because this is not the first time that happens. We also booked a hotel from your website in Siem Reap for 3 nights and was also not what appeared on the website page. I know you have good hotels but you need to make sure the hotels you have on the website are not something different and do lie to people and make them pay more for something not good .
