Vị trí tốt, nhân viên thân thiện, đồ ăn sáng ngon. Tuy nhiên phòng hơi cũ, cửa nhà vệ sinh không đóng đc và cách âm không tốt. Buổi tối bị âm thanh của quán bar gần bên ảnh hưởng. Buổi sáng sớm thì chắc do nhân viên bếp mở đóng cửa rất ầm không thể ngủ ngon. So với giá tiền đó có thể tìm một nơi xa phố cổ hơn chút nhưng điều kiện tốt hơn Xem tiếp

We stayed for 4 nights and would of loved to of stayed longer. Great location next to the night markets and loads of food options. Atm next door as well. The staff are incredible and so helpful. Really enjoyed seeing them everyday. Breakfast included and was good. Very peaceful and clean. Honestly worth staying here, bike hire and helped us order food to our room after a long day out. The staff is very welcoming and considerate. Before I came to Hoi An, Ms. Trang, a correspondent from Sunset, was very patient in explaining means from Da Nang to Hoi An, to Ba Na Hill etc., providing information beyond what a hotel normally does. After I got to Da Nang, Sunset waited for two hours to pick me up even though the train was late for two hours. Ms. Tri, and another receptionist on the day when I arrived, was super welcoming and considerate for every single issue I had during and after my stay there. Even offering her messager account in case I have any communication problems after I left the hotel. Very impressive service! Xem tiếp

The room was dingy and the breakfast buffet was laughable. The pool is so over chlorinated and loaded with pee. The staff are kind, but not kind enough to make up for the place. Xem tiếp

Sunset Hoi An is conviently located close to the old town, with the restaurant looking out to the old town. The property however is like a mini maze and pathways were narrow and not recommended if you have big luggages. It's amazing how they managed to build a pool into the property. Xem tiếp

Location is very good for shopping and eating in Ancient Town. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is not good. Very limited food options and food is cold. Room is very cold and aircon cannot be adjusted to correct temperature. However, we pay for what we get. Price is reasonable. Xem tiếp

the hotel near to attraction in hoi an. japanese bridge just a few hundred meter from hotel. we are muslim traveler so we cannot take the breakfast in the hotel. how eve the staff willing to prepaired boiled egg for us for breakfast. They even extend their hospitality to ensure we can have breakfast too. i am really thankful to them. the also 1 case when we check in the first room was on second floor how ever the roof was leak and they immiditely change us to other room at 3rd floor. the cleaning staff also mop our room everyday because she know we need a clean floor to pray. even different religious they respect and extend their hospitality so that even muslim can stay at their hotel. maybe next time the can separate cuttlery that use for muslim and non muslim since muslim cannot use plate that been use to put bacon or pork. thats why you see us do not use your plate but bring our own. how ever thanks and bravo Xem tiếp

Figure with a booking number and confirmation email you’d be set? You’d be wrong! Except if you arrive early and buy that booking for more money. These owners are crooks! Do not book here if you want to be confident they won’t sell your room to a higher bidder. Thanks for the late night BS! Oh yeah...they did have another hotel in a crappy part of town that would be happy to honor my reservation. No thanks. Do not book here!!!! They checked us into the wrong room, and when I told them that it wasn’t the room we booked they moved us into a triple room with three single beds (and we are a couple) so had to go downstairs again to tell them that I didn’t want that even though I had already explained that I wanted one big bed. Finally they moved us again into a room with two double beds, a bathroom with a broken sink that leaked when washing your hands and dirty towels and pillow covers with BLOOD STAINS ON THEM. Terrible experience. On the other hand breakfast was good. Mixed opinions on the staff, some of them were kind and some of them weren’t. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel in a million years. Xem tiếp
