Đã book phòng thanh toán bằng visa nhưng đến nơi thì khách sạn từ chối nhận. Nêu lý do là không liên kết với agoda và nói muốn ở thì thanh toán tiền mặt. Mặc dù tôi đã có xác nhận thanh toán từ Agoda. agoda làm việc quá tệ, quá tồi tệ. Tôi không sử dụng dịch vụ cò mồi này nữa. So bad Xem tiếp

Very nice hotel near the beach. The location is perfect - almost the first line of downtown, 5 min to the beach, but a little bit inside from the main street, that makes the place not noisy. The room is simple, but clean and has everything you need. Room is cleaning and towels are changed every day. The staff is very nice and helpful. Would like to stay here again 👍 Xem tiếp

Loved the location. Unfortunately 3 stories up steps no lift. Staff very helpful and speak good english. Nine is very helpful and he is very keen to practise his english skills. We won't be back to Nha Trang over westernized and too many Russian tourists trying to rip off the lovely locals. All menu's and tourism is in russian as are the shop signs. Locals were friendly once they realised we weren't Russian!! Xem tiếp

We booked a room with a balcony/terrace, paying more for it. On arrival hard sell for tours, buses etc before being shown to our room. Room didn't have a balcony, the young boy tried to make out the corridor outside room which was open to the air was a balcony. He phoned his manager and said he'd move us to a balcony room in the morning. Had to keep curtains closed all the time as other guests walking past. On our way out detained with recommendations of places to go. Next morning, after cold showers, we were told by a different young boy they didn't have a balcony room free. Told if hot water stopped to ring him and he'd put it on and asked if we'd like our room made up, yes please. He then kept us from leaving by writing stuff we knew about on a map, Later, the original young boy was on the phone and handed us a key to a different room, great we've been moved to a balcony room. Unlock room to find other people's luggage and unmade bed. He obviously thought we'd been moved when we hadn't. This made us worry about the safety of our passports kept in an unlocked drawer on reception and our stuff if they hand out room keys randomly. Get our original room key, it's not been made up, wouldn't mind but he asked if we wanted it done! Next morning shower water cold again, phone for him to do whatever he does. Water still cold. Paid the same price as for our room in Hoi An, which was a much better standard of room. You can get an old run down room with old bedding and linen much cheaper anywhere else in Nha Trang. This is a great hotel with clean and bright and quiet rooms. Right across the street from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The staff are very friendly and eager to talk to guests. They can give recommendations for tours and things to do and help you book tours and transportation. Xem tiếp

Stayed here for one night and decided not to leave for over a week, we're still here actually. Had a very nice big room with balcony on the 3rd floor. There is not a lift but easy walk upstairs. Bed is ok, but similar to what you find in vietnam in higher star places too. Ac and ceiling fan in room always made temperature pleasant. Mai at the front desk and Nein I belive are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. Always there to greet you and ask a about your day. They recommended a great dentist while in town and we're happy to set up any tour or help you with booking trains or bus. The location is right across from the beach. There are all the best places to eat withing a few blocks. Fancy to streetfood. I highly recommend staying here. We paid 18 dollars a night except on the busy holiday. Worth every penny. Xem tiếp

The place is very well located, half block from the beach. Room was simple but big, clean and confotable. Staff is very friendly always trying to help you and make you feel confortable. I would stay there again if go back to Nha Trang. Xem tiếp

We stayed at the an hoa hotel for one night. It was a very good experience. The hotel is very clean and simple. The staff is very helpful and sweet. They will help you with anything you need. Thank you so much Nyne and Mai! Also we would like to recommend taking an easyriders tour with King. He sits in front of the hotel sometimes but you can also ask the hotel to call him. He is an amazing guy and he shows you Vietnam in a way you can never experience without a motorcycle. Enjoy! Femke Xem tiếp

The staff here are absolutely charming and very helpful. Perhaps the only criticism worth mentioning is that the security is not as comforting as one would hope! There is no safe key drop (although that seems common in Vietnam) and sometimes the keys can be left for hours where anyone could pick them up. There is no room safe (again common in cheaper Vietnam hotels). A coach was arranged to travel to Dalat which was very helpful. However, the coach driver dropped me and all the other foreigners in the suburbs. Then locals offered accommodation which I had already arranged as had some others. The one and only taxi driver wanted 30 dollars - had no choice. I discovered later it should have been about 2 dollars. The taxi to the airport a few days later cost 10 dollars and was 10 times the distance. It was a disgrace and I blame the coach driver who is a public servant - other coaches as I found out stopped in a central area. Other than that, a great place to stay with a feel good factor with lovely staff. Xem tiếp

Most of things are good. But something was annoyed me. I made reservation to superior double room, but clerk said 'No room for now, tomorrow gonna be okay' and I didn't changed my room. And poor WI-FI status made me crazy. Signal is strong but couldn't connect internet. Moreover, not sound proofed. I can hear TV sound but TV in my room truned off. But I can agree about Kindness and help are good. These makes the hotel price Resonable. Xem tiếp

I had a great stay at the hotel and being a solo traveller the staff always make the stay. They were so friendly and helpful. The second thing I would say is that the location is great if you are aiming to get to the beach every day as I was. The room was cleaned or at least checked everyday. The only gripe I had is that the picture next to the description of the room I booked and paid for was not the room I was given and there was a little confusion about me changing rooms as the hotel was full. My room was comfortable enough so it wasn't a massive issue, I think changing meant being around for check out and check in another day. I had a great time and have stayed in other similar priced hotels in Nha Trang, this was my favourite Xem tiếp

This hotel is great. We stayed in one of the larger rooms with a balcony. The hotel is down an alley/street and its right across from the beach. The staff are simply fantastic - so nice and genuinely helpful. They even gave us fresh mangoes from their gardens. The rooms and hotel is also very, very clean (I think the owner is a neat freak). Great budget hotel - would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Wifi signal in the room was also good. Xem tiếp

Hotel is located on the beach road in narrow impasse with another few hotels. No noise from the main road. The beach is just across the road. Most of city's sights are reachable by foot. In the streets around the hotel are many good restaurants, supermarkets, shops. What is the best in the hotel is the STAFF. I've never met such helpful staff as in An Hoa Hotel. I boldly declare that MAI and NINE are the most kind, friendly, welcoming, helpful - the best receptionists in the world. I've never and nowhere met such helpful hotel staff. They will give you good advises for trips around the town and offer you cheaper prices. The same is with taxi to the airport – 250 000 VD – 35km. It is almost half of real price. Cleanliness: No 1, speedy Wi-Fi. Best rooms are with balconies. I recommend the hotel to everybody. Xem tiếp
