Felt really welcome to this lovely family! Had family dinner and laughed a lot with the manager! I booked for 2 nights and extend for 1 more night! If you want to feel how it is like living as local around sapa this is the place to go! Xem tiếp

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff did everything they could to make us feel at home, such as inviting us to enjoy dinner with them which was an amazing way to immerse yourself in the local culture! The double rooms are simple furnished. You should expect some noise to be audible as they are not completely enclosed. The garden area invites to chill between lush greenery and children might be able to feed the fish in the pond as well. We enjoyed some very delicious authentic Vietnamese food with the host family during family dinner which every guest is welcome to join for only 4$. Lucky water included ;) The host Thuy and her brother Anh-Duc speak very reasonable English and are always attentive to your needs and inquiries. Xem tiếp

This homestay is not located directly in Sapa, but 10km far away. For us this has been a big plus, as you are directly in the nature, eat breakfast with a great view and there are not too many tourists. We spent two nights in a Standard double room. We have been welcomed warm and felt very comfortable all the time. We did two trekking tours with a local woman which have been awsome. We joined two times the Family dinner and we sat around the table with the family and very delicious food. We would recommend the trekking as well as the family dinner. It has been a fantastic stay. Good points: - great location, Ta Van is a quiet and authentic village, away from the very touristic Sapa - departure for beautiful hikes next to the homestay - peaceful atmosphere - nice living space (terrace) - family dinner was very good - a few other places to have dinner very close (Bamboo Bar for instance) - good breakfast but limited options Bad points: - not so clean to say the least - many many insects (bed bugs...) - very hard beds - staff is kind but slow and not so helpful Xem tiếp
