Phòng rộng rãi nhưng trang thiết bị khá cũ. Dịch vụ ăn sáng tồi tệ. Trong phòng không có bàn để ăn sáng và chúng tôi đã phải ngồi trên sàn nhà để ăn. Ks không có phòng ăn nên nói sẽ phục vụ ăn sáng tại phòng. Các sự lựa chọn ăn sáng đơn giản và có vẻ nhân viên ks ra ngoài mua ở đâu đó đem về. Thường xuyên phục vụ thiếu đồ, có hôm bọn tôi phải gọi 3 cuốc điện thoại để kêu nhân viên đem đồ lên vì thiếu: thiếu thìa, thiếu cà phê, thiếu tráng miệng. Bọn tôi xin thêm hạt tiêu và muối để ăn sáng món bò bít tết và khách sạn trả lời họ không có. Phòng có bếp nhưng trang thiết bị nấu ăn không đủ, có chăng chỉ nấu được mỳ tôm với các trang thiết bị như vậy. Khi bạn tôi xuống Lễ tân hỏi chúng tôi có thể đi chợ ở đâu để thử nấu ăn. Lễ tân trả lời "không biết" Với mức giá chúng tôi đã trả, tương đương giá 1 khách sạn 4 sao. Dịch vụ nhận được là quá tồi tệ. Xem tiếp

Since a couple of years I regularly stay at Angela. I choose Angela due to the quiet environment. But there are no facilities at all and staff is changing constantly. This time there was no English at all. It's a gesture thing upon check in. They did not find the reservation, tough communication problems. Breakfast was not provided either. Two nights at Angela Boutique. Serviced apartments converted to hotel suites are common now in Saigon. a decent place if you want to be close to the attractions of Saigon. as it is in a sidestreet it makes for a quiet environment and undisturbed nigths. the studios are equipped with stove, fridge and kitchenware. spaccious rooms, bathroom and walk in closet make it comfortable even for longer stays. breakfast however is a non-pleaser, although it is served at your room. The hotel is very small but each room is comfortable and well equipped. The staff kindly upgraded our room to a small apartment with kitchen and a nice dining area. Staff were friendly and could communicate quite well in English. Xem tiếp

The hotel manager is very nice - he helped me to arrange the stay for me and my colleague while the apartment was full on one day. This saved my time to search around and they helped us to move the luggage too. Highly recommend this apartment Xem tiếp

I have been staying in this apartment for nearly 2 weeks. Home feel and comfortable apartment is very good for long stay. The only drawback is that the water pressure is too low to have a good shower. I hope they can solve this problem soon. Xem tiếp

I am very happy to have a stay in this apartment during the weekend. It is very relax with the small rooftop garden, have a good sunshine and feed the fishes at day time. At night I can see a lot of stars because of clear sky. The dining area can also see outside green and sky well. Xem tiếp

This is the 2nd time of stay in HCMC. Luckily in last minute i found this service apartment. It is very close to my office in about 5 mins walk. The room is great and newly decorated, in a quiet residential area. They also provide breakfast with variety of choices from Vietnamese to western. They deliver to your room in the morning. It is really fantastic room service! I will certainly stay here again when I visit HCMC next time! Xem tiếp

i stayed at angela boutique residence for 3 nights - upon arrival i was taken to this beautifully decorated apartment equipped with a computer (so no need to even take my laptop out of my bag). there was even a wine rick with wine (at a cost of course) in the apartment and that is not even mentioning the mini bar. the kitchen was quite handy, although a little bit small. the staff was always ready to help wherever they could - overall i had a great stay and would recommend it for anybody who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of central hcmc. Staff could not understand basic English. Breakfast was delivered to room early (6.45). It was cold and we could not eat it. Asked for white tea got a black herbal tea. Asked for a cappuccino but told not on the menu any more asked for a white coffee. Got quarter of a cup of black coffee. Room was dirty, rubbish still in the bin, lights didn't work. Cold showers. I stayed there several times already due to the fat that this hotel is small, quiet and rooms come with kitchen and walk-in closet. Close to the centre. After the years it can be noticed that maintenance is a weak side and some things need fixing, e.g. Door hinges, curtains etc. Breakfast has to be ordered and is servesd at your room at the time requested Xem tiếp

For me it’s already the fourth time to stay at this place. Reason is the quiet surroundings. Apartments are spacious and maintained. Breakfast is served at your room. But there are no facilities. But if you look for quiet night, without traffic noise, this is the place Xem tiếp

We got good time there for 2 nights. Staffs are nice and friendly. The place located very near district one, easy to go to city. We booked a studio and it is clean as in the photos, it has a kitchen (which we dont usually use but good to have). It has a big bathroom with bathtub, room is equipped with all facilities enough for a short stay, including a small computer (which usually not including if staying in the hotel with this price). In general we got a good weekend there and will recommend to friends if they visit HCMC. Xem tiếp

Stayed at Angela for over 3 weeks and the room is excellent! Its spacious for Ho Chi Minh standards and the room is very new! Every day you can choose your breakfast for the morning after and they bring it to your room. The food is nice but roomservice is very expensive and prices are stated without 10% tax and 5% service charge so watch out with this. Other than this I really loved the staff and the complex which also has a small patio on top of the building. Keep up the good job Angela Boutique! we stay here in early nov 2012 for 4 days, 3 nights and we love it. the hotel is very well furnished, food especially local foods are very near and it is just a short walk away from the independance palace. what we love most about it is the fact that we are in a local area, far away from the touristy inner city area and you can really experience how the locals live.
