Khách sạn nằm tại khu vực sầm uất của phố cổ, rất gần Hồ Gươm, đường chính, Ô Quan Chưởng. Xung quanh có rất nhiều hàng quán, rất nhộn nhịp đặc biệt là vào dịp cuối tuần. Có 1 chút bất tiện khi toilet hơi nhỏ và phải lên cầu thang mới tới khách sạn nhưng nếu hiểu đúng tính chất là 1 homestay thì no problem. Phòng ốc cực kỳ trang nhã, có phòng sinh hoạt chung, cây cảnh,... nên cảm giác như ở nhà vậy. Nơi đây đặc biệt phù hợp cho nhóm trẻ, và cả nhóm gia đình nữa À... Bạn quản lý ở đó cực kỳ dễ thương đấy. Sẽ quay lại khi đi cùng bạn bè. Xem tiếp

Bước xuống nhà là bao nhiêu quán ăn ngon. Lần nào lên 1900 là sẽ ở đây. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ tiện nghi. Lần này mình đi còn có cả ô trong phòng( lần trước mưa k có ô). Nhân viên thân thiện. Xem tiếp

Hài Lòng
Mình thích nhất là quạt trần xinh xinh, gió hiu hiu dần chìm vào giấc ngủ. Tuy nhiên phòng vệ sinh chung ở ngoài nên không tiện sử dụng. Xem tiếp

A friendly owner, same as it name its homestay. The facilities are new and the cleanliness is fantastic. The owner did the job to upkeep the cleanliness of facilities themselves, to ensure their guess have a comfort room to rest and relax. The food portion is big. The owner say traveller who have fill up his stomach will have more energy to explore around to enjoy the beautiful scenery. I seldom write my review upon my stay but somehow the hospitality from the owner really touch your heart. A homestay which I will stay if I'm visiting Tam Coc in the future. Xem tiếp

Good, quietish location in old quarter Hanoi. Room was clean with decent AC and wifi. The entrance is down a side alley but as us written on the stairs to the entrance, "don't judge a book by its cover". Some of the doorways are a little narrow, but it feels like a home not a hotel/hostel Xem tiếp

Just walk up to check in, keep an eye out if there are special instructions for late check in etc. They are connected to Time hotel and Kevin travel, just around the corner. We were there for Christmas and everything was extra nice and festive. This is a great cheap hotel that feels like you paid big bucks Xem tiếp

It is not exactly an interactive homestay that you may get in hoi an, but the staff was really amazing and it did feel like home. I love the location, it was clean yet put you in the middle of the action in Ha noi. There is a kitchen on the first floor, but the food in the city is great. We're a group of three people and had a very happy happy happy stay with An Family. The room was huge and clean, perfect location in Old Quarter. Daisy was so nice and warmheart, she even invite us for breakfast eventhough not included in our room. She gave me whatsapp number so i can ask everything, i mean everything about Hanoi tourist information and she even said that we can call her anytime if we get lost. But Thanks God it didnt happen to us hahaa... Free coffee and mineral water all day and the breakfast was so delicious. Bathroom was shared but it wanst a problem. Toiletries are provided and towels too..We surely recommend this homestay. Xem tiếp

I was shocked when arrived at the entrance of the homestay because I was expecting a nice and presentable lobby of a hotel. Instead, it is a very old colonial building. You need to walk into a dark alley to reach a door which leads to a staircase. Once you reach the first floor, you will see the entrance of the homestay. There's nobody at the entrance to greet you. You have to call a number so that the staff will come from another hotel which, is just around the corner and check-in for you. Once you reach your room on the second floor, everything is fine from thereon. We booked for a double bedroom but we got a queen bed + single bed. Room is spacious and comfy.There is a water dispenser at the common area outside the room and shared bathroom just outside the common room. We were offered free breakfast at their hotel. Once we got accustomed to the surrounding the of the homestay, the dark alley and dingy staircase didn't bother us at all. It's part of the homestay experince. You find good restaurant and street food outside the homestay. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will come back again in our next trip to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

It was nice to meet Wind... She was very helpful in arrange our tour to Halong Bay... Room was nice. She also offer us breakfast which was not included in our booking... And She can speak English very well.. Very highly recomended... Xem tiếp

We stayed for 3 nights and Wind sister of Mr. Kevin was very helpful. She assisted us to book Halong Bay Tour and arranged us to be in the second floor of the boat. Also we got free breakfast even though we did not book the breakfast. Room was cleaned and we got welcoming greet by Rose Petal and a plate of fruits... Very nice... Do not get shocked with the entrance of the homestay.. Definitely will come back here if there is another opportunity... Xem tiếp

Set off from the street, so very quiet compared to many places in the Old Quarter. We were given a free upgrade to the penthouse suite. Great place to stay, and will become our regular Hanoi base. Just be aware that you'll need to navigate several flights of stairs. Xem tiếp

Just amazing! Because we booked last minute the family didn't expect us, but wow what a warm welcome we got! Kevin and his family are super friendly and warm persons. The location is perfect, we got a free upgrade to the penthouse what was just lovely!! We defenitly recommend this place, it was our best stay in Vietnam! Xem tiếp

+Good location and clean room +Very nice owner and staffs The entrance of the building look old and dirty but the room look difference. It's clean and very lovely just like in the photo. By the way we book a family room for 5 people but the information in Agoda is incorrect. The website told there are 2 bedrooms with 50 sq.m. But the truth is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen with around 30sq.m. in total. Xem tiếp

The staffs are friendly, responsibility and willing to help even their English not good. They gave me recommendation where should go, how to go..,assisted me via phone when the motorbike taxi not understand me... Location is convenience to explore Old Quarter and Vietnam cuisine, includes night market at weekend The room bright enough as there has big windows. Can hear birds singing in the morning.. I’m a backpacker travelling with friends and I arrived 1 day before they got to Hanoi and the entire time they looked after me and made me feel completely at home. Picked my up from the air port, organised everything I needed. The room was spacious and all the perks and bits and bobs that you would like to see in a room. I’d highly recommend staying here. Before booking this homestay, I read every single comment on Agoda. What I didn’t find anywhere in the description nor comments : Cons: -shared bathroom with 1 other room - all walls within the apartment are made of glass - there are blinds but noise-wise there is limited privacy - during our stay they renovated the room downstairs - noisy plus constant playing of music Pros: - location is really good within the old quarter - room is huge and spacious and clean - free drinking water and free coffee /tea - a lot of interaction with the host family (if you like ) Overall I wouldn’t have booked the room had I known it would be a shared bathroom... ...i found Daisy (host) above any professionalism and courtesy offered whilst in Hanoi...the first hurdle was to find the home stay..taxi driver was confused.. however the walk off the street down a dark alley way and up a couple of flights of steps... got you there..but once in the room (bathroom an toilet share) the glazing shut out the street noise allowed the light in...terrace views..(; and there was plenty of room for a solo traveler or couple to relax...
