It was obviously my best stay during the whole trip. I loved it so much I extended 3 times. The room was incredibly clean with a nice bathroom and soft beds. The breakfast was always served fresh and cooked with love. You can tell the family that runs the place really love what they do and they treat you as a guest not just as a customer. There’s a nice pool too. Would never stay at any other place if ever come back. Thanks. Xem tiếp

Very nice guesthouse even tho it looks better in pictures. Cleaning standards weren't as good as i have been used to in other similar places in Hoi An (mold in water cooker etc). Pool area was very well maintained and breakfast was good. Staff was also very nice but their english isnt good enough to have a conversation. I think the area is very good, right next to bus station and short trip to town or beach. Cheaper and better restaurants close by than in old town. Xem tiếp

amazing hotel, clean, everything brand new, nice breakfast. the staff(whole family) was friendly and helpful... with nice swimming pool( unfortunately we couldn’t use because the rain) ... about a km from the center, with few bars much way cheaper than the ones you find in the center .... i ll come back... thanx a lot Xem tiếp

Spacious and clean room, shower had hot water (a few hotels we’ve stayed in have had no hot water). Staff were lovely. However, the door to the balcony had gaps all the way around so we could hear everything from outside. Also it was quite far from the centre (20-30 min walk). Hotel was lovely though. Xem tiếp

It doesn’t worth even a star. You will regret it if you go there. The swimming pool is too dirty, full of mosquitoes, charging for every penny & small portion of breakfast with half cup of drinks! Xem tiếp

Cannot think of anything negative to say about our stay. Absolute value for the money we paid. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the assistance they gave us when our pick up didn't arrive on time when we left. The room was a good size and supplied everything that was promised on the website. Breakfast was delicious and was a great start to the day. Beautiful pool was an added bonus. The best thing of all was the service, the staff were definitely the best we have had the pleasure of during our visit to Vietnam. Five star rating at such a reasonable price. Wonderful. Xem tiếp

An fabulous homestay that was more like a 5 star hotel! We received a lovely welcome from the family when we arrived and they were very helpful during it stay with them. Away from the hustle and bustle situated in a very tranquil location, yet still within an easy cycle ride to the beach and old town. The villa has a delightful little garden area and swimming pool. Rooms were spacious, airy and immaculately clean. Bicycles are provided free of charge. A truly wondeful experience staying with a lovely family Xem tiếp

Nice, restored traditional guest house. The service is really friendly and competent with decent English. It is slightly on the edge of town, maybe a pleasant 10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants and 20-25m to the historic centre, but the price reflects that. Xem tiếp

I stopped here for 3 nights and throughly enjoyed my stag. The room was lovely, very powerful shower and all the amenities you could want. The pool area was lovely and very clean. The Villa is located 10min walk from the old town which was perfect for me. They also have bikes to rent. I had laundry done whilst there for a very reasonable price and it was great. Lien was great and spoke very good English. The breakfast was nice and ready for when you wanted it. I would recommend this villa to others staying in the area. Xem tiếp
