Khách sạn có vị trí ngay trung tâm và di chuyển ra phố cổ khá thuận lợi. Phòng tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ mà được trang bị tốt. Ngoại trừ việc khách sạn nằm trong một ngõ nhỏ nên việc di chuyển hành lý mang theo từ đầu ngõ vào có chút không tiện lợi do phải đi qua chợ. Mọi thứ đều ok Xem tiếp

We felt very welcome. Breakfast buffet was good and fresh. And you could also make an order. Hotel is situated in a quiet street off the main streets of the old town. Everything was in walking distance, F&B, shopping, art ... you name it. Airport pickup was reliable. I would definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

We arrived at about 2am local time, but the awesome staff were there waiting for us, even carried our luggage up to our room! There is beautiful artworks on a lot of the walls, which is one of the reasons I booked here. The room is very nice and clean with massive comfortable beds. We stayed 2 nights here based on good reviews of the place but we're pretty disappointed. Hotel was in a small alley inaccessible by car. Travellers needing assistance please take note. The family room was very narrow and small, floors under the bed were dusty. Shower room was a squeeze and had poor drainage. Breakfast selection was poor. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay though. Avoid the tour desk and shop around from the multitude of tour operators in the old quarter. You will get better prices and the tours are pretty much the same standard fare. We stayed for 2 nights here and checked into another hotel nearby and we were surprised how much more we are able to get from that hotel for the same price. Xem tiếp

Ancient Lane Hotel was a great choice for our short visit to Hanoi. It is extremely close to very delicious pho and bun cha restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that are room was on the ground floor right next to the lobby. This did not bother much though since we were only there for one night and hardly in the room. Xem tiếp

Wonderful place, hidden in a small alley but right in the middle of the Old Quarter. The staff is super friendly, the room great, clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was really good. Great value for what we paid. I would definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

Staff were very friendly and helpful Very comfy beds Good choice at breakfast Good location if you want to be in the heart of hanoi old quarter. Only complaints were the rooms are a little small - but this is reflected in price the old quarter is all quite small and room size is similar to other hotels around the area- to get a larger room you will be paying a lot more for it. We did two nights and it was perfect for what we needed Cars can not drive to entrance either you will need to walk down the lane to find it but will only take one minute Overall we were very happy and would nit hesitate to go back. Staff is amazing, professional, very friendly and accommodating. Room is really clean and comfortable though quite small in size. Just had an issue with the safe, but it’s a minor thing. Breakfast was a big plus, there were many choices and variety. Really good value for money. Would surely want to stay again in the future. Xem tiếp

We only stayed here for 1 night on the way through from Ha Long Bay to Ninh Binh but wow. The reception staff, especially Tracey were just outstanding. Couldn’t fault them, always want to go above and beyond to make sure your having a good experience whether it’s with them or wherever you plan to go next. They upgraded us to a honeymoon suite which was lovely and the bed was honestly so comfy we both had the best night sleep. Breakfast was decent for it being included and a nice bonus. They also did all our laundry for us ready for the next morning and we had a lot! We did get a pretty good deal £16 for a night but it was a last minute booking but the room and hotel and the staff is worth way over that! The location is down a little lane from the Main Street so its really quiet as well...Stay here ! Xem tiếp

We were very impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is in the heart of the Old Quarter but is very quiet as it is hidden down a small world lane. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and there was abundant hot water. Room size was on the small side but didn't bother us at all. We'll return to stay again within a few days! Xem tiếp
