Great friendly host. Accommodation was only 5 minutes to restaurants, travel bookings & beach, motorbike hire. Close to Hoi An to travel by motorbike. Xem tiếp

Totally unprepared for this disappointing stay. The price/photos/locationeven name of hotel did not match to what we walked into! Old, smelly rooms with dirty interior dated furniture/bed and accessories. Worse than any $3 dollar hostel I have stayed in. Not close walking to the beach or any access to restaurants completely isolated. Staff tried to be accommodating but to get out of the contract and although I prepaid they insisted I pay them additional 900,000vnd so they would cancel with Agoda. I am still not refunded the entire amount and frustrated with Agoda for not handling this in a timely manner nor having app support for present the problems. One star was being generous. Xem tiếp

False advertising. Name not the same as on website. Rooms dirty. Old beds, and decor. Not close walking distance to the beach or walking to area restaurants. End of street with construction so no pass through access to beach. Owner told us we could walk around. It was pitch black and no way would I feel safe to go out alone or with friends to figure out my way to supposed short (on website) walking distance restaurants on An Bang Beach. Staff wanted to be helpful but we ended up paying them cash even though we had prepaid and couldn’t cancel on Agoda nor get a refund at that point . Still trying to work it out. Very disappointed and not sure who has recco’d this place but it is dirty, dated and not at all equivalent to the ratings and pictures posted! This is my first negative rating ever on any website and feel strongly to share to fellow travelers that although it may be unintentional, their product does not live up to the name/ratings/photos. Traveling as a couple we found this quiet homestay a great fit for us in An Bang. We stayed a few nights in Hoi An city and welcomed the change to the quiet village. Directly across from the the local market if you want fresh fruits or sample some food. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants and maybe 10 min to the busier part of the beach if you want the big beach bars and seafood restaurants. Room was modern and comfy. The hosts are helpful and smiley. We used them for a hassle free transfer to danang airport also. Only down side was that no contact info was included in the confirmation so we didn't know exactly how to find them. However, the Google map location is pretty spot on and with a helpful taxi driver we found it in 5 min. Would be good if email or phone details came through on Agoda. Not sure why it didn't. Overall happy with the place and good to escape the main city and chill on the beach. Xem tiếp

小さな民宿の様なホテルです。靴を脱いでホテルに入ります。スリッパはありません。Wi-fiも問題なし。シャワーの水圧も強い。シャンプー、ボディソープは小袋の物が置いてありました。綿棒、櫛は無し。スタッフがにこやかで親切にしてくれます。 Xem tiếp
