Stayed for 2 nights, very close to the old town. Really enjoyed our stay here. We would here again stay again. Breakfast is fabulous with a great view over the Thu Bon river. Xem tiếp

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who will travel to Hoi An. We spent 3 nights there and they served with really outstanding service. Sometimes when you go out in the afternoon, they already made up my room in the morning but they will come to touch up and left us messages that's really sweet. Near the old town, and has everything you need. Great food. Chilled pool. Not too busy even in peak season. Rooms are comfy and spacious, like little suits. Nice seating outside for nightcaps and reading away from the pool if you want some quiet time. Been twice! Xem tiếp

We upgraded the room to a suite type of which I believe there are only two. Read other reviews which said don't face the river as noisy - totally disagree. Not noisy and gives some scenery and interest. Nice pool, although the bbq there was very dry. Great breakfast. a really nice relaxed colonial feel and easy access to the city. Loved it Xem tiếp

Just like the resort, the suite we stayed was compact yet very comfy. This was made up for by the nice housekeeping staff which came very often. Every time we went back to the room, it had been tidied up and replenished with new bottles of water, flowers, caring messages handwritten on fresh leaves,...many many to make our stay a nice one. Breakfast was okay and as expected. We also tried afternoon tea and dinner at the Riverside Cafe. Not bad. We were offered discount for a 90-min treatment at the spa. Masseuses were very skilful but the center was just as compact as the resort and decor was so so. Xem tiếp

Had a great stay at the hotel with a big sizeable room overlooking the garden and the impressive pool. If you're after a good quality hotel with loads of space and still within wandering distance of all the Hoian action then this is it. All the other hotels seem to be either tiny or miles away. This hotel is very comfortable and provides lovely rooms on the edge of the river. The staff are very polite and attentive and provide a very warm experience. Breakfast buffet is excellent and well presented. Rooms are excellent and showers are good, with large sized bathroom. Well recommended. Xem tiếp

we had a nice stay at anantara but for the price we paid the service is adequate but not superb compared to the other resort type we went to.the one who cooks at crepe station do not know how to cook crepes because the crepe is burned and did not even replaced it. Xem tiếp

We love the fact that we were able to walk to town. We enjoyed the city and the ability to walk to dinner or shopping. The hotel could not have been better. Whenever expectations are met or exceeded then value question is answered in the affirmative. Xem tiếp

This is a very nice hotel — big resort with gardens, quiet open air breakfast restaurant (i.e. not overrun by noisy tourists) on second floor with nice view and only a few minutes walk from the old city. The shortest way to the old city even takes you through a fresh food market. All in all I much enjoyed this hotel, unlike the previous one I stayed at (also in Hoi An). Xem tiếp

we recently went to vietnam for 3 weeks and stayed for 4 nights at the life heritage resort. it was our favourite hotel and definitely the best place to stay in hoi an. it was a walk to the market and old town areas , was in a lovely position along the river and our rooms(inter-connecting) were fanstic in size for our family of 5. the buffet breakfast was excellent and we loved the free bikes you could use complements of the resort. a real gem!!! easily the best hotel in hoi an. discrete southeast asian luxury. service was attentive. room was beautiful. resort was refined and sophisticated unlike the rest of hotels in hoi an. the price in unbeatable. i paid 2.5 times after to stay at victoria hoi an under the impression that it's a better hotel. wrong. victoria hoi an was horrible. room was stale and sheets and pillows smelled. cheesy club med group. i immediately checked out and went back to life heritage. one interesting point. i accidentally caught a glimpse of an employee cleaning a room and i was amazed at how meticulous she was. she was wiping every single possible surface! closets, handles, cabinet doors, mirror frames, chair frames... everything. It was a nice and quiet resot hotel in the historic town Hoi An. The world heritage historic town is within walking distance. I borrowed free bicycle and rented a motorcycle just outside of the hotel. Only US$10 for a full day!! Hoi An was very very hot so riding motorcycle was great to get air. The city is beautiful and historically old with the famous lanterns. Breakfast was full of treats. People are nice, not cheating you unlike big cities. A mug of draft beer was only VND4,000 in an open air restaurant. VND4,000 is only US$0.25!! Heaven!! Xem tiếp

Beautiful property along the Thu Bon River and a short walking distance from the ancient city. Each time we went out of the room, looked like one of the housekeeping staff came into clean and settle the room. Great service. Polite and friendly staff. This hotel is very conveniently located in the historical town of Hoi An. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. The room is big and comfortable in colonial style setting. Breakfast is good and the service is excellent. We stayed during the turn of the year but the gala dinner was just OK. Only few draw backs are 1) the blinder at the entrance door which swings back and forth every time we open the door 2) the water pressure pouring out of the big rain shower is not high enough 3) there was a leaking at our breakfast table at the right end section beyond the buffet line. Excellent location for walking to Old Town, friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. The area is developing ,which is good for the economy but it means there is a mild disturbance from next door during the day. Apart from a swim , we were out all day but if you are planning on spending days poolside then you may not like the building works. It will be over in a few months (visited early September) Xem tiếp
