Nhân viên thân thiện, căn hộ sạch sẽ thoáng. Đồ ăn sáng ngon nhưng khách sạn lưu ý h phục vụ ăn sáng 6h nhưng tới 6h do mình có cv gấp nếu đúng 6h thì ok hơn. Còn lại quá tốt Xem tiếp

Mọi thứ rất tốt và tuyệt vời. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, lịch sự và chu đáo. Ngoại trừ nước hồ bơi chưa có hệ thống sưởi nên khá lạnh, không bơi được lâu!!! Xem tiếp

Location is excellent and close to most of the major attractions in Saigon. The rooms are spacious and clean and cozy. Wish the breakfast selection is better but it's just adequate. The staff at the Amena are friendly and helpful Will stay again when in Saigon. Xem tiếp

Lovely smart hotel in a brilliant location - easy access to District 1. Great breakfast and clean large room. Is on a busy road but I think that is the case for all of Hoh Chi Minh as is a city! Xem tiếp

Great Location with great breakfast buffet. Good Mattress and good room facilities. Staffs is very helpful & friendly. 100 restaurants nearby. Qui club is next door. Hotel is under renovation so it a small dust & noise disturbing. The works start at 7.30 AM so it might impact to the light sleeper. Xem tiếp

Room is clean and spacious, they have friendly staff. Breakfast was good and variable choices. Comfortable bed and they provide all the amenities that you need during a business trip. Quite near to VINCOM center. Will stay here again if I'm coming to hcmc next time Xem tiếp

Spend 2 nights here exploring HCMC, placed in Japanese area of the city centre. Rooms are big and clean, the pool is on 10th floor and covered by the 11th floor, so no sun. Breakfast was simple, and good. Nothing fancy. I'll point out the staff, especially in reception Mr. Thai Som was very helpful in advice of places to eat etc., but also rest of staff, has a very nice personalty that stands out for this place. The place is super clean and cozy. We had wonderful stay with Amena. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. They went extra mile service when giving me cake since it was my birthday when we checked in. Love it! Breakfast is ok with a wide range of choices. Location is great. A lot of eateries and restaurants are around. 10 - 15 minute walking distances to Nguyen Hue walking street, Vincom shopping center and Ben Thanh market. We will definitely come back in the future! 1. Uncomfortable hard bed (can’t sleep for 3 nights stayed) 2. No makeup mirror (cannot see to wear contact lenses from a far mirror, only 1 mirror in the bathroom) 3. Very dusty room and dusty restaurant. 4. People smoking even in nonsmoking floor (you can smell it in your room early every morning 2-5am) not good for those who have asthma or allergy to dusts 5. Foods at breakfast are cold, some are uneatable. 6. Staffs need to be trained and knowledges with all tours and activities. 7. Took 3milions dong out of my credit card for deposit after I paid in full and I have to bear the convert fee after they refund back Or they should offer me to pay cash for a deposit like other hotels. rather than that staffs are friendly. I would expected more for a 4 stars hotel and operated by Melia organisation. Xem tiếp

One of the staff opened the door with his key card without even knocking it and tried to come into the occupied room which wouldn't even happen in a motel. Had a good sleep though. The breakfast was okay too. There are many cheaper hotels in the area with higher standards than this. Xem tiếp

I stayed at Amena for two nights, and reserved the airport pick-up service. The staff confirmed the airport transfer service with me by email quickly before my journey started. When my flight was delayed, I informed the hotel by email, and they replied shortly to assure me that the driver had been informed and would wait for me. It felt great to have someone I could trust during my first visit to Vietnam. The hotel is well located, close to many restaurants and tourist attractions, and the room was very spacious. They even upgraded my room so that I could enjoy the wonderful river view. The service overall was outstanding. The staff spoke fluent English and were happy to offer their help. They have gym room and a pool, but I didn't use them as there were so much more to explore nearby. I would highly recommend this place. And thank you Amena team for the nice stay. Xem tiếp
