The Alisa team run like a well oiled machine with the way they organise the trip. The staff are very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean and the food was really good. They arrange the tours really well for people that want to participate or you can stay onboard and relax and drink. If you which to purchase drinks etc it is in USD, but drinks are not that expensive. Happily would go again and recommend people to do. Xem tiếp

My wife and I bought a 3D2N cruise. The food (especially for 3D2N) and service were good, and the staff were very polite and exceptionally helpful. The itinerary is relatively standard - as per what other cruises may offer (e.g. kayaking, pearl farm, cave exploring) - and can get quite repetitive for a 3D2N schedule. Everyone may choose to opt out of the planned itinerary, but do give the staff an advance notice. The cruise seemed quite overused and in need of some overhauling or refurbishing. the cabins were tidy, but much room for improvement in terms of cleanliness as we surprised by the amount of dust and residual hair. We had already provided this feedback to the cruise staff and management, and they were quick to address our concerns and ascertained that our feedback would be looked into. I spent a good solid 2 months researching and trying to find the best Ha Long Cruise for me. I was looking for reviews of great food on board, a cabin with a balcony (preferably with a bed facing out to the window), an itinerary with a mix of activities and some down time (more of a chill experience rather than a party boat). My ideal would have also been to see Bai Tu Long Bay but onboard experience had more of a priority for me. Overall, Alisa Premier definitely delivered and more. It definitely had a luxury feel to it and the staff were very friendly. I booked through Agoda but had assistance from Ms Nancy who helped me with payment and booking the luxury coach to Ha Long from Hanoi. She also came to thank me at the end of my trip which was super lovely! Xem tiếp

This is one of the better boats but for me this is not a 5 star experience especially for the price ! The first impressions which is the reception portacabin feels like a holding pen , with people every where await either departure or arrival for the boat / transfers to Hanoi . We stayed in the best class of cabin which was average. Halong Bay is overcrowded with boats all on the same merry go round of sights and activities . Im glad I went but will not be repeating the experience as was low point of holiday. Xem tiếp

BEWARE fake reviews (usually 1 post profiles with bad English) which most other cruises have! I have photos of 20+ ships/cruise companies so I can send them if you like, but this cruise line is going to be the cleanest, most modern, although not the cheapest. The food and staff was very good. The shuttle service from Hanoi is the best way to get there--you won't miss your boat, and it's a than taxi or Grab. We had the stateroom at the rear of the ship, which was great because it was huge, but it was also noisy with the engine under us (not a big deal after we set sail), but like all ships, they pull the shuttle boat behind the main boat, so it was noisy with the crew going about their routine. It wasn't an issue if you close the door and window, and I recommend you do because of the boat exhaust. We wanted to keep the windows open to enjoy the location, but oh well. It's still worth it because the room is massive, clean, gorgeous windows on 2 walls of the room instead of 1. Xem tiếp

We were lucky to be in a spacious stateroom with its own enclosed terrace. The view out the large windows from the bed and bathroom was stunning. We had special requirements which were well dealt with by Ms Anna Pham in Head Office and by the excellent manager on board the Alisa 1. Xem tiếp

Everything was Excellent & Splendid! We have booked this for our Xmas Honeymoon without payment 6 months in advance. Anna Pham has been very diligent to keep us posted on the transportation arrangement and our special needs ahead of our inaugural cruise stay. My husband and I are both light sleeper and had not been having a peaceful sleep in Old Quarters due to Traffic Culture - Honking Hell. The food onboard was good, the hospitality onboard kept us warm and the room was so spacious! Anna is also concerned enough to arrange our transportation back to Hanoi and I was stoked to receive a warm honeymoon souvenir from her. I am definitely recommending Alisa Premier Cruise to my friends. P/s: do dress up for the Dinner: Fine Dining. Xem tiếp

I read all reviews about this cruise and it was mostly very accurate. Service was great, food was amazing and activities were good. Thou the only thing was that our room was really tiny as I looked at the photos and all seemed to be reasonable size. I believe it matched with description (except there was no bath tub), but in the reality it was really small and quite noisy in the morning. Xem tiếp

The room that was given to us is not the one that is shown on the website, we are very disappointed. We waited for more than an hour for our transfer going to Halong Bay, but I like Alice because she went to the hotel to apologize personally. We also like the chef, food was great! Also the spa therapist, she is very good. What I don't like are the following : 1. room is small; 2. there were cockroaches inside the room; 3. insufficient water supply, we could not shower well ; the windows are small in the triple sharing room at the top floor, and there plants obstructing the view. Website should show the exact photos of the rooms being booked to avoid disappointment. Xem tiếp

Just fabulous from start to finish. Well organised. Food was amazing. Friendly staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Really helpful. Genuine people. Only problem was booking with Agoda was misleading. Pricing was confusing and we were unable to contact them to find out how to transfer to port. Despite many emails and phone calls. Still haven t got back to us. We had to chase all this up ourselves to track down Alisa office base. It was well worth it for us but others may have given up. Xem tiếp

cabin was clean. staff attitude was poor! Was asked to get our own hot water in stead of serving. Massage was a bit pricey but acceptable if it was good. But no, masseur was more interested in her mobile phone than focussing on service. Overall, bad experience and over priced for service given. Xem tiếp

This cruise was a tale of two halves! Once I decided not to book directly with Alisa and booked a lot cheaper with Agoda, I was totally ignored. I was asked to contact Alisa Cruises to book transport from Hanoi, however the head office ignored my emails 3 times but then got in touch with me the evening before my cruise by which time I had already booked with another company. On arrival at the port there is a small Porto cabin type structure with not enough room for people leaving and people arriving so we had to sit outside for over and hour, at this time of year that was not to much of an issue but in high season it would be very hot, there is nothing close by to do or see so don't arrive to early. The luggage system is a bit hit and miss so make sure you keep an eye on which boat your luggage is being loaded on. The same problem happens when you get back to the port, we arrived before 11am when we had been told it would be 12, so we again had to wait for an hour and a half outside. All that said, once on board the boat, staff and food were really really good, the trips were nice and well organised. One downside was that the captain told us at the welcome meeting that there was an happy hour from 6-7pm were all drinks would be buy one get one free, a few minutes later he announced that there was a very special offer at happy hour of buy two get one free!!! Not such a 'special' offer especially as they did buy one get one free on previous cruises. Xem tiếp

Booked a senior suite which comes with privately balcony and jacuzzi bathtub. Given that it was our anniversary, our room was very nicely decorated with rose petals, swans, and a bouquet of 14 roses. The room was spacious, the view was amazing, the toilet was posh. However, When i used the jacuzzi, the jets were not clean and spat out brown residue and even ants. The room was very expensive on its own (339USD) and the return transfer service between Hanoi and Halong Bay cost a whopping 30USD per pax, which was very expensive for me. However, the experience was great. A visit to a cave, an island, Kayaking, cooking class, sky bar, squid fishing, and tai Chi was included in the package. Meals were really tasty, but drinks were not included in the package and was very pricy. Overall, I Guess the experience was worth the huge price tag. I would recommend this to friends, but will not go a second time. Xem tiếp

Alisa management did not reply customer mail is the worst attitude for service industries. Don’t expect all customers will read and understand all your instruction in your website, although Alisa themselves didn’t follow some of what they wrote. Customers send email for answer what they need to know clearly before depart for VN, this is a very common requirement for most foreigner visitors. But I did enjoy this cruise trip with Alisa . Loved every bit of this cruise. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and very accomodating. The activity itenarary was very well planned, and was great fun. Kayaking was a highlight for me, as well as the great 4-5 course meals. Xem tiếp

The trips were good although not sure the caves or viewing trips were good for the less abled. The trips were packed in with little down time but this is because we only had one day and we didn’t have to go. Drinks service was very slow, not sure they are used to bar tending but overall this was a great trip and we would recommend to others to take it up. Xem tiếp
