Staff and very nice and friendly. Rooms could be cleaner esp bathroom, mirrors and glass. The bathroom floor was a bit slimy. Room smells old. Lifts could be cleaner. Reception downstairs was nice. Food was good. Xem tiếp

My family has spent 1 night at hotel with great experience and unforget memories. The ALISA hotel and spa is located nearly Hoan Kiem lake with 3-4 mins by walk, it's a heart area of Hanoi old quarter with alot thing you should to do and enjoyable. The hotel staffs such as bell boy and receiptionist are friendly, helpful to willing to help the guest, support my family so much. One more point of that, this is one of rarely hotels in old quarter has the lift. Xem tiếp

Everything is perfect except for the toilet that smells. Might be something with its piping system. They put lemongrass to cover the smell but it doesn't last long. Breakfast is decent with various type of fruits, eggs and pho. The staffs at the reception are really helpful and always greet us with smiling face. They even managed to get us a 7 seaters taxi with a price cheaper than using the Grabcar app. Highly recommended this hotel for their great staffs! Will be back again! Xem tiếp

From the moment we stepped in and we’re ushered to the lounge to enjoy our welcome drinks, I knew we would have a great stay. Ms. Moon went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped with booking tours at a great rate! Would love to give more stars if possible. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Alisa Hotel is a great place and very value-for-money. John, the receptionist was very friendly and gave me a map highlighting the places I should visit. Breakfast spread was good and fresh. Staff were very friendly, including Moon, their customer service manager. Will definitely come back to visit again :) Xem tiếp

From the moment i showed up at this perfectly located, pristine little hotel, i was completely taken care of. The concierge sat in the sofa with me while i had my welcome tea and she went over my needs for the stay. They then booked everything, and at a great rate. This special little hotel was womderful. Price is reasonable, location is perfect, hotel is high class, room is spacious and everything you need are inside, room is also very clean, staff are all friendly. Staff help us when crossing busy road, and also prepare breakfast for all of us(13 pax) when we need to check out hotel by 6am. Super nice hotel. Rooms were not very clean, blanket were yellowish and air-conditioning not working well especially with weather at 38°c. But, staffs were friendly and helpful. Did massage twice, first time the masseuses seem to be professionals. However on the second time, the masseuses seem to be ad hoc called in to fulfill the part. Was put off by the masseuses asking for tips and giving judgemental expression upon seeing the amount given. Could be the culture of hanoi citizens. Will not recommend getting massage here. Xem tiếp

I request many things to Ms. Moon who is manager of the Alisa Resort & Spa. She always responsed kindly with good suggestion. I reserved cruise tour and car rent by Ms. Moon. good location, exceptional interior design, good breasfast, staff was very helpful to the point as if they want to carry us going to our tour bus 🤗 they also arranged our tours except we booked for the room with tub, and gave us only with showers, transfer us only on our last day Xem tiếp

Hotel is strategically located at the Old Quarters area. About 5 minutes walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staffs of Alisa are warm hearted and provide good service. Look out for Miss Moon as she is very resourceful and can provide lots of recommended spots for food and shopping Xem tiếp

This this a newer hotel and it was one of the few that could accommodate my family of 4 in the same room, on the mordern side, reasonably priced and close walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. We booked our tour to Ha Long bay directly with the reception and they gave us 2 tour options to to choose from which was great. Our tour guide Tam was fantastic and we would absolutely love to take a tour with him again in the future. He made the tour a very memorable and fun experience! Overall I would recommend this hotel. Staff is very polite and soft spoken. We stayed for an extra night after our return of Sapa before flying home. Xem tiếp

worst experience in Hanoi. it should be let guests stay there! before it was renovated, towels got holes, bathroom has mold. staff to'd us not to write review because they are going to renovate the hotel! they should not accept any booking with that condition. this hotel ruins my impression with hanoi Xem tiếp
