Tàu mới, sạch đẹp, tiện nghi và phòng trên tàu trông sạch sẽ, thức ăn thì tương đối, chương trình tham quan tương đối hợp lí, bổ ích, đặc biệt là cô hướng dẫn tên Thủy rất nhiệt tình và cặn kẽ, (chỉ thiếu thời gian và không gian để tắm biển, nếu có thể dừng ở 1 bãi nào đó để tắm lâu hơn hoặc cho mặc áo phao và tắm biển ngay ngoài biển xung quanh tàu trong sự quản lí và cho phép thì sẽ vui hơn) Xem tiếp

We booked a senior suite room on the cruise for one night. We are a little bit disappointed as some hardware like shower or hanger is broken. But we didn't made a complaint because there were two or three showers for you to use. We love the tour guide, the events and the hospitality. We laid on the deck at night to chat under the stars. It was a great experience. The only thing you need to know before you book is Wi-Fi is only available in public area such as dining area and the refrigerator is not cool enough if you are thinking to use that. Xem tiếp

We had a very pleasant stay at Alisa Premier Cruise. The accommodation and service was spotless. Very attentive staff. I booked my trip through agoda for 6 people with 3 rooms. Unfortunately two of us could not make the trip due to an accident one week before the trip. I reached out to agoda but they could not help me cancel one room. So I contacted Ms.Nancy at Alisa. She was very helpful. Arranged a transfer for us, upgraded our rooms and also helped us with a refund. Very fast response and great service. As for the experience of Halong Bay. The scenery is fantastic. But as many other has written before there is alot of people visiting Halong Bay at the same time. At moments you get reminded of the touristy side of it all. Nevertheless, if you want to go to Halong Bay Alisa Premier Cruise is my top recommendation. Xem tiếp

Alisa ships are easily one of the nicest ships parked there and the service is really top notch. Could see that most of the staff really put in a lot of efforts in their service standards. They were especially nice to us as we were the only families with young kids on board. Appreciations to them! :) Xem tiếp

We had a great time on Alisa cruise. We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary here and enjoyed it thoroughly. Although there were many activities and a fairly tight schedule for a 1 night 2 day cruise, it has to be this way to fit everything in. We were fine with this but might not be for everyone. All the cruises would be like this. The staff were fantastic and were attentive to our needs. The food led by Mr Jacky Chan was exceptional. Everything was high quality, fresh and most importantly very tasty. We would highly recommend Alisa Cruise to everyone! Xem tiếp

Don't stay at Room 301 as right near the kitchen, it's a bit noisy when the staff preparing & cleaning before and after meal. The cabin was clean and nice but the food taste not really good. Can explore another cruise with the budget. Xem tiếp

I booked 2 days 1 night tour. The customer service provided by Ms. Nancy was promptly and very helpful. The cruise is clean and tidy. The services provided were premium like the name of the cruise suggested. Top notch and friendly. The cruise manager James and tour guide Ms. Thuy can speak good English. The food served were delicious and decorated like fine dining. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided. Will recommend the cruise to anyone who wanted to go to Halong Bay. Xem tiếp

First of all, we love the staff on this cruise so much. Alex and Thy are some of my favorite people ever! And everybody else on the boat is so nice. However we didn’t feel like this was a five star cruise ship. The bed was extremely hard and when we examine the bed, we found there was no mattress. It was just a box spring and a 1 inch pad. We regretted not spending the extra $30 a night to book the Alisa Premier. Xem tiếp

The facilities and staff services were all the best. However, it was difficult because the waiting time was too long. And I booked a limousine in advance and rode a nice car to go there. On the day I came, I took a regular bus. I didn't understand that. But I think it was a satisfactory trip. Xem tiếp

This is my 2nd time on Alisa Cruise to Halong Bay within a year. My trip in Jan this year with my husband was with Alisa Premier and we both had a great time enjoying the beautiful scenery with great staff and services on board. This trip was booked with Alisa Cruise for 10 of us and we were upgraded to Alisa Premier and all of us enjoyed the comfort, service and facilities on teh cruise. My wife and i enjoyed the 2 days 1 night cruise! Anna Pham was very good in responding with our messages and also arranging our trip! Rovbert the tour guide in the bus, the manager and crews of the cruise were really kind, friendly and helpful! Our room was fantastic! Activities and food were excellent! Stayed in the Senior Suite for 2 nights/3 days which was sufficient to chill and I wouldn't recommend shorter. Room was decent, fully glazed to the marvelous views and what is there not to adore from the jacuzzi? The bay is stunning. Room size was adequate but there was wasn't a balcony, the railings creating the illusion of one. Staff were pleasant and attentive - we were offered a room upgrade on the second night but declined so thank you. The food however was not up to scratch the first day but got better towards the end of the stay. All in all, a memorable stay and recommended. Xem tiếp
