Lúc book phòng tôi có nhìn qua ảnh chụp nhà hàng của hotel, nhưng thực tế khi đến hotel không có nhà hàng, đồ ăn mua từ hàng phở bên cạnh. Không có thang máy. Vị trí khó tìm. Xem tiếp

Hotel very basic, but considering the price, it is good enough. Bathroom amenities provided, very friendly and helpful staff. 24hrs room service albeit limited choice. Try their chilli fried chicken, it is really delicious. Highly recommended. Note: no elevator so will be pretty cumbersome for travellers with very heavy luggage, of course hotel.staff will immediately offer to bring luggage up to room upon checking in Xem tiếp

Cheap and no frills hotel which is just 5 min away from the airport. Taxi is USD$3 (one way). I was on a 10-hour layover and so I chose this hotel to catch some rest in between flights. The hotel transfer person and hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Very warm and welcoming. Made my stay safe and had my needed rest. Xem tiếp

close to airport (best for transit), breakfast in vietnamese noodle and coffee is quite good, wifi in good connection but this is not a big hotel, is good enough for transit, not 5 stars or not for long stay I think. this hotel is very good! the rooms are certainly big compared to many similar priced hotels i have stayed throughout the various cities in vietnam. the main staff/owner can also speak english pretty well, which is a big bonus. overall, a wonderful experience and goodnight rest! Xem tiếp

I booked one night but stayed two nights. Good internet (half the time) and plenty of restaurants all around. The taxi wanted to charge me $15 at first. I kept telling him "meter, meter" but he didn't want to use it. Turns out it would have cost me around 20,000 dong if he hadn't driven me all around the neighborhood claiming he didn't know where it was..... very frustrating. Then he claimed to have no change at all when it came time to pay, which was about 75000 dong. My advice, if you can, just walk to the hotel. When you leave the int'l terminal, go left until the end, which is around column 20. You will see a pathway - take it. Once u pass by the toll gate of the airport you are half way there. In the distance you will see the Dragon Airport Hotel sign. Once u get there u ask people and they should know where it is (ask in the hotels). The hotel is situated one street parallel behind the main street. If you can find the Royal Airport Hotel, then you are just a minute away. Xem tiếp

The staff were really lovely, very helpful & friendly. You can walk to T2 (all on pavement) in 10-15 minutes. We had an early start, so had to forego breakfast, but were given a free ride to the airport. Good size room (111), all amenities, but the bathroom had been refurbished, leaving thr bum gun too far away from the toilet. We were told we could order dinner from/through(?) them, or there are several other restaurants nearby. Xem tiếp

the best thing i liked about this place was the super fast internet, not sure why it was so good, maybe there weren't many people staying here? The full wet room bathroom situation might irk some people, it was par for the course for me so I didn't mind it. Water pressure from the shower was solid. Staff were great. Maybe check out New Airport Hotel as well - the bathroom/shower situation there is a bit less "wet" - I don't remeber the price difference, these places are both great though. Xem tiếp

I booked a room as I have an early flight back to my country the next day. When I booked the hotel through Agoda, it was stated there that there was a free 1 way airport pick up which I thought airport transfer from the hotel to the airport will work as well. When I checked with the receptionist, he told me that it was only applicable for picking up from the airport and not the other way round. Do take note when you book this hotel! I ended up have to pay USD 3 to go from the hotel to the airport (less than 5 minutes away) even though I had never used their service for airport pick up. I also emailed the hotel 2 days before my stay about checking in late and airport transfer, but I have never hear back from the hotel which can be seemed as very unprofessional. I got a free upgrade for my room, which was a nice act of them. But they did not change the bed sheet once when the previous guest left. There were yellow stains on the bed sheet. Nevertheless, the washroom was clean. A note to the hotel staffs: Please lower the voice at night as it can be quite loud. Xem tiếp

Not the Hilton but good for airport lay over. Transfer was good. Room was ok, clean with sat tv and hot water. Toiletries and towels provided. We didn't eat there or go outside the hotel. Just a short stay for an early flight Xem tiếp

The hotel is located very close to the airport, within 10 mins walking from Terminal 2. The staffs are very helpful and speak good English. The room is very large, clean, and has access to fast WiFi connection. Overall I enjoy my stay at the hotel. It definitely is a good choice for its superior value for money. Xem tiếp

We only stayed for one night before our early am flight out of Hanoi. The airport is very close and the hotel has free shuttle service for morning flights. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean, plenty of hot water, good A/C. Great for a transit hotel. Xem tiếp

it was totally not okay for this hotel, because it is really hard to find the hotel, we picked the taxi to look for this hotel, the taxi driver took around 40 mins to get the exact location of this hotel from the air port because it is located is a small back street area. The hotel condition is barely okay and looks like haunted room. The water exhausted pipe was keep on moving without anyone touching it, it was terrified my gf and we requested to change our room. However staff is good, they switched us to a better room and they provided transport service to the airport, it is very convenient for transiting. Xem tiếp

Our flight was delayed so when we arrived we had to call the hotel to pick us up even though we had emailed in advance for a pickup. Once we called they were there in about 5 minutes and very friendly. I would not suggest trying to walk to the hotel from the Int'l terminal at night. The hotel is right next to the main road so it's a quick 3 minute ride back to the airport. The bathroom is simplistic as shown in the pictures, so we did not shower but there was no problem with hot water. The staff was friendly and I would stay here again if I had an overnight layover to catch an early morning flight. I suggest you email the hotel with your flight information in advance to be safe.
