This very reasonably priced accommodation is situated right in the middle of ‘real’ HCMC- not too far away from the tourist draws, reachable by taxi in ten minutes, but it suited us as fairly fit walkers, to look around the canal area and its many, many independent bars and restaurants. The flat we chose, on the 4th floor, ( there’s a lift!)had a small balcony overlooking the street, was immaculately clean, good shower and comfy bed, efficient AC and some concessions to Western life in terms of a kettle, a hot plate and toilet roll! We ate out for every meal, so the lack of cookery equipment and crockery didn’t worry us. Staff are super friendly and helpful, with one person who speaks enough English to answer our queries or call us a taxi. Be prepared to sort out your own bed-making and dish-washing; there doesn’t seem to be a housekeeping service. Pluses: situation, staff, price and cleanliness Minuses: could do with newer/bigger bed covers, and maybe a couple of mugs! Xem tiếp

Comments: Since this is apartment and there is kitchen, the hotelier should provide some utensil such as plates, cups, bowls etc. There isn't any kettle as well. Please improve for next guest. Thanks. Xem tiếp

This is a very nice hotel located in central city. That is if you do not mind of being RIPPED OFF. 1/ When I booked the place, the rate was around 10 USD but suddenly it charged additional 10 USD for City tax then also the typical 10% tax. The price which at first seemed reasonable is now doubled... 2/ My girlfriend just started her period and a bit of blood was there on the bed sheet, which should not be an issue at other hotels. But over here, without any proper pricing, they charged us 25 USD. The guy said it was only an estimate and if they could not clean up tomorrow, they might have to throw the stuff away. But what if they could? I still had to pay 25 USD already...! So for the room that seemed like a very good deal at roughly 10-15 USD, I eventually ended up paying 50 USD...! A complete RIP OFF! This the worst hotel I have ever stayed. A NIGHTMARE. The boy at the counter is very rude and playful with guests. They are not clear about charges. i gor ripped off by them because they didn't explain the drunking water charges. At the room they gave me, I was able to hear the ppl next to mine and full of bug and mosquitoes. Plus, they do reveal their guests info. to anybody. I wouldn't stay such awful hotel never again.
