Phòng tương đối sạch đẹp nhưng lại ko có máy sấy tóc, ko có điện thoại bàn để liên lạc với Lễ Tân, ko biết pass wifi nhưng ko tìm thấy số dt Lễ Tân để hỏi phải chạy bộ xuống Lễ Tân xin pass wifi. Ở dưới cầu thang ngay quầy Lễ Tân có 2 con chó rất lớn như con gấu đen mỗi lần ra vào chúng gầm lên và sủa lớn rất đáng sợ. Các bạn nhân viên nam hướng dẫn và trực lối ra vào khá nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Kết luận: ko dám quay lại vì sợ 2 con chó ở đây. Xem tiếp

Location just a little out from the city center. But public transport Bus and Taxi is just near by ,only 50meter from main road. Remarkable cleanliness. Well equipt with cutlery and cooking utensils. Washing machine works great. Most furniture looks new. Very helpful staff. Xem tiếp

Very nice staff. Everything positive about this place. Searching for a negative to say, I would have to say the TV in the room I had is not in the best location. it is in the ante room to the bedroom and not in the bedroom. (Sorry, I prepare to sleep by watching a little TV) Everything else was really marvelous. Nice, clean kitchen and wash machine. Tucked into a side street away from the street noise made this a peaceful location. I'm sorry I had to leave. Given a choice, I would be happy to stay here again. Xem tiếp

I have been working in HCM over 3 years, and stayed various places through Agoda, and this hotel gave me the most unforgettable memories while staying for 10 days. There are several reasons that i would not recommend someone to stay at this apartment. 1. Facility in the room is totally different (lacking washing machine, cooking equipments, NO TELEPHONE in the room) from Agoda room explanation. I selected this hotel in order to use washing machine and the kitchen during 10 days of staying in HCM city. Eventually, i paid additional 250,000 VND for the washing fee. 2. Attitude of the hotel staff is like a gangster, as you can refer to the other guest's comment on him. Lacking service mind and very unprofessional, such as smoking directly in front of the customer. When i inquired about my garments that were missing from the washing (will be stated below), the only answer i got from this man was 'I don't know, ask my manager". 3. Never clean the room, even i put the panel ("Please make up the room" ) at the door for whole day from the morning. It was an unpleasant memory that i had to go downstair (due to lacking telephone), and beg the Apart to clean my room without forgetting AGAIN. I stayed 10 days from 8/10 to 8/20, and the hotel cleaned my room only 3 times, I can surely say the would never cleaned the room if i didn't remind them so many times whenever i go out. ONE more, the hotel only re-arranges the bed and some trashes in the room, didn't clean the floor as well as inside toilet. 4. It took four days to get back my garments from washing. I asked the hotel how long will it be if i send my garments to washing, and the answer was 1 day. I gave my things to the hotel at saturday (8/12) afternoon, and it should have been returned to me until Sunday 8/13 afternoon, or maximum Monday 8/14 according to the hotel's words. I could get my things back on Wednesday 8/16, I can't remember how many times did i go downstair, to ask when can i get my things back Xem tiếp

Nice cozy place, the apartment is brand new therefore utilities are pretty clean. I love the apartment itself. The staff here are not friendly, they look like gangster. There are always loud music, at night till 4-5 am then 6 - 8 am. Xem tiếp

Au calme, mais établissement bruyant, tôt le matin. Petit déjeuner surprise, un sandwich épicé à la viande et un verre de café au lait. Mais globalement un personnel disponible. Si vous ne demandez pas que votre chambre soit nettoyée, elle ne le sera pas.. Mais si c'était à refaire, je dis "OUI" Sympa le Vietnam... Xem tiếp
