I was pleasantly surprised by the staff who approached me with a bottle of wine and a birthday cake during breakfast, whilst the happy birthday music was played in the air. Such a lovely gesture from the hotel and staff. The staff, everyone of them including the trainees are always smiling and render their services with much enthusiasm. Thumbs up ! Xem tiếp

Price is quite high, if you are lucky and get promotion, than price is normal price, otherwise the their room rate, price is too high for this hotel. Nice lobby and friendly atmosphere, actually almost all hotels staff in Vietnam are very friendly. Helpful. The room i booked was supposed to be with balcony, but when we arrived, we saw that the balcony so small that you can not enter in balcony, and face to the wall of opposite buildings which is couple of meters away from opposite wall. I only stayed in the room from 9pm to 9am, but the room itself was absolutely fantastic. Big comfy bed, very clean, amazing shower and staff where extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Xem tiếp

Nice hotel with a great location in the old quarter just few minutes away from major tourists sites (Hoan Kiem Lake, Prison Hao Lo, Hanoi train street, etc...). The hotel is new so everything was clean. Breakfast buffet is good and pretty diverse. The only problem we had was a very bad WiFi connection in our room. We couldn't connect to internet in our room. WiFi worked perfectly in the lobby and in the restaurant though. The staff is very nice and friendly, especially May and Catherine. Xem tiếp

We come back Acoustic Hotel after our 03 days 02 nights Ha Long Bay trip recommended and reserved by Acoustic Hotel travel desk. Special thanks to Mrs. May Nguyen who truly help us from the begining to the end of our trip. She reserved for us everything such as reliable airport transfer service, Halong Bay trip, restaurants and alot of helpful information. We ate in their Indigo Restaurantt twice, the food is so good with beautiful appearance. Eclipse Sky Bar is with magnificiant sun set view, covering all around the town. We relaxed in their Indigo Spa after a long day and can not make any complains about it. As a grand openning, they are now offering 20% Discount for in-house guests with any services. Do not miss Afternoon Tea services from 15:00 to 17:00 serving on their 12th Floor. Thank you Acoustic Hotel & Spa, we definitely come back and recommend to everyone. Xem tiếp

I come to Hanoi few time and we choosing Acoustic Hotel for this time and we feel very happy with them. Excelent hotel with great ful service. They have free Jacuzzi and sky bar on rooptop with amazing view of Hanoi buzy city., Indigo Spa and restausrant also very good. We will be back soon! Xem tiếp

It's very kind. Thank you very much for allowing me to check out and have a free shower. I'd like to come back because the staff is kind. The location is slightly uncomfortable, but if you use the 'GRAB', it's okay. I left two mask packs in the fridge. TO. Mr. Desk staff. Very disappointed!!!!! Booked a deluxe room one month in advance, however when we check in, the hotel manager told us all the rooms are fully occuppied !!!!! And the hotel only arranged a room from a one or two stars hotel (Bonne Nuit Hotel) as a compensation!!!! Such a Bad and suck experience i have ever had. Xem tiếp

A new hotel with great location! The staff is so helpful, attentive and accommodating. They upgraded our room so that we could get a better view. And the hotelmanager, May is amazing! She helped us book our Halong Bay cruise with a day notice and when we got back she helped us book our flights and plan the rest of our trip in Vietnam even though we had checked out the previous day! We stayed here for 5 nights and then an additional 1 night (after our Ha Long Bay tour). Positives- clean, well located, friendly staff. We stayed in the premier room which was very large and set out nicely. Negatives- the breakfast is lacking when compared to other hotels, the roof top bar (which was newly opened) takes a while to get a drink (even when it was just us there) and the bed was way too hard (even though my husband liked it).
