Great value for money with excellent facilities right in the centre of the city. The hotel is close to the busy areas of the city but down a quiet and peaceful alley away from the noisy streets. When I arrive in the hotel at 3AM, the receptionist guy told me that the aircon is broken so they need to transfer me to their accredited hotel. There are some people sleeping in the reception area and floor outside the hotel. It was really not recommendable for solo lady traveller. As I transfer to the other hotel, they gave me a room with no MATRESS. Again the service is really not recommendable. I waited almost an hour to fix everything. Xem tiếp

Located in a tiny, dodgy alleyway, hard to find. The rooms are small, clean and nice but that's it. The place is like a hostel, travellers going around to each other's rooms late at night for a loud chat . Would not recommend it to families. Breakfast was bad Xem tiếp

Very clean modern hotel tucked away in small ally right in main tourist area. Elevator, small ensuite with powerful shower, friendly staff, and a good selection for breakfast. Will be booking here again for longer next time. Xem tiếp

There were ants on the bed and in the breakfast that we had. Shower was turning on and off and from hot water to cold and vice versa. Counter person is so rude during check out time. Overall it was a very bad experience to us. Xem tiếp

I had a decent stay 1 night stay at this hotel. It was pretty clean and located in a quiet place. Its located in an alleyway so could be hard to find but its away from the noisy streets. Breakfast was pretty good. Wifi was ok too. Would stay here again if I was in Saigon. Also, close to many food and coffee shops. Xem tiếp

The location is wonderful. The room was very comfortable and their breakfast choices were great. We also booked a Mekong Delta tour as well as airport pickup and drop. The experience was great. John kept in touch with us and the staff in the reception are very friendly. It was a great stay. Xem tiếp

I accidentally canceled my stay and re booked, essentially making double payment for my stay. Fortunately, I was promised a refund in which they honoured their promise. Very impressed and the room location quality and experience was well worth what I spent. Would recommend to my friends and strangers alike. Xem tiếp
