Tôi đặt phòng dùm e tôi để nghỉ ngơi và khám thai ở BV Từ Dũ cho tiện, nhưng đến Ks thì giá thấp hơn rất nhiều. Giá tại Ks 640k/đêm Giá tôi đã đặt Agoda: 885k/đêm Angoda đã giải quyết là gửi 9usd chênh lệch để đặt lại phòng trong dịp khác. Tôi thật sự không hài lòng ! Cám ơn ! Xem tiếp

Chung toi da co 2 ngay o khach san Sunrise, do la mot khach san dep va sach se vi no nam tren mot con duong nho. Tuy nhien no rat thuan tien cho viec di lai va tu cho do ra trung tam cung ko xa lam. Phòng lúc nào cũng có mùi hôi, nhân viên thì cứ lo đòi tiền của khách trước, phiếu ăn sáng thì lúc đưa lúc không, có chai nước suối cũng không free. Ngooài việc nằm sát bên bệnh viện ra thì khách sạn này chẳng có gì đáng để quay lại Xem tiếp

Very nice room, decent size. One double & one single bed, very soft and comfortable with nice duvets. Friendly staff, decent level of English spoken. Good location, close enough to the PNL area to walk but quiet at night. Very strong wifi signal in room. Xem tiếp

Room was clean, tidy and new with free coffee, tea everyday. Breakfast in ala cart style was good. Remember to try the yogurt they serve. Staffs can speak english very well and provide good service. It take around 15 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. You can get delicious food nearby this hotel. Xem tiếp

i had no trouble, but the family i was traveling with was told they needed to pay an additional $5/night because they had booked a room for only one person, rather than two adults (and two kids). presumably the additional charge is for the breakfast, but we all went back and looked through the booking procedures via agoda. there is no place to indicate the number of people, only the number of rooms. however, the hotels can limit the number of guests in the room. probably agoda's fault, not the hotel's, but it was a negative thing in an otherwise lovely stay. the family felt they got their money's worth anyway, but would have preferred to know the full price in advance, rather than being told after arrival and check in. We were pleased with our stay. The location of the hotel is decent...about 6-8 minutes by taxi to Ben Thanh market. The staff was professional and helpful. The level of English is somewhat limited, which caused some confusion at times. The western breakfast options are also limited, but tasty and nicely presented. Xem tiếp

Hotel stay is worth the price with decent room amenities. However, charging for drinking water is quite wierd in this part of the world. Also, breakfast is not a buffet but rather from their set/fixed menu (although decent variety is there for the price of the stay). Overall, a comfortable stay considering the price paid. Xem tiếp

This is my terrible shocked for the impoliteness of this hotel staff and the irrespect customers procedure. I paid on Agoda, having confirmation. But when I came to check in, the receptionist refused due to not yet find my credit card info from the confirmation they received from Agoda. After waste half hours of explaination, called back and forth to their manager, they agreed to let me check in. However, the terrible happned when checked out. The staff asked me to pay for the night due to the same reason. They did not care any explaination, only money, and a type of gangster communication. I thought the person in front of me was a gangster without any education than a staff of a hotel. Luckily that my driver sacrified his license to guarantee for me so that I can go to airport on time to leave. Then when I called Agoda Customers service to complaint, I received a call from their manager, said sorry. I told them: they need to prove their effort by telling the bad attitude guy call me and bring the license to my office in VN. However, until now no respond from that A25, no receiving license back. So, plz, take this A25 out of service. They will ruin the name and image of Agoda. Xem tiếp

The hotel was very clean, the room spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly. They need to speak English more. It is safe and we found it easy to move around the city. Transportation such as taxi was easy to get and the driver know the location of the hotel. The hotel wireless was very fast. We did not take any meals at the Hotel because you can do so outside the hotel. Xem tiếp

Perfect stay for budget travellers or normal tourists. for deluxe room, it is huge, with high ceilings, big bathroom, lcd tv, mini bar, huge bed and incredibly fast internet. The staff doesnt smile and doesnt really care but hey, we passed them 4 or 5 times so it doesnt change anything. I would seriously recommend, the amenities and the room itself, including cleanliness, was oneof the 3 best we've had in 3 months traveling SE Asia. Xem tiếp

Very satisfied and comfortable. It is located in a quieter area than mainstream hotels. Close to all attractions. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well supplied with provisions and bathroom requirements. I would definitely stay at Sunrise Hotel again. Xem tiếp

All good. Service good rooms good location good. Near a supermarket. Lots of eateries nearby. 1.5km from Ben thanh market. Service with a smile, lovely host. Room is big clean. Will stay again if I go back Ho Chi Minh city. Xem tiếp
