It's just 200m to the Temple of literature. Street food was so great The staff was helpful. I had some problems with the taxi driver, and the staff at the hotel helped me a lot to fix it. Complimentary water. Everything was great. Will come back to this hotel if i have another chance to come to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

I am not convinced with Hotel policies I arrived a few hours before to my checkin time and they charge me full day fee even I tried to convince them but all useless. They may charge the half-day fee. Furthermore, we must have to check out at 12 pm otherwise they hourly charge. Furthermore, it's far from the city centre, no SPA, no bar, no good market around Xem tiếp

Great location. Just few walk away from the train station. The local market nearby was an interesting experience that I can have cheap and super good foods. The staff was nice. Comfortable stay. Totally recommend. Xem tiếp

On this stay I found the reception & breakfast staff had very limited English. Looked blank when I asked about Uber or Grab, even though I just checked out. Most foreigners need transport as they leave. But the 'bell boy' came to the rescue and called transport. All goof Xem tiếp

none of hotel staffs could not speak or understand English. breakfast was always not provided anymore although it is finished at 8am. On the second day of my stay, my room was not made up until I complained at night when I arrived from traveling around. The internet connection was always on and off. a lot of customers that were kind of thugs, so it became uncomfortable to go around in a hotel by yourself. Xem tiếp

(1) You have to be careful about checking your bill. i stayed there for 6 days. 4 nights and 2 nights separatedly. Twice they nearly overcharged me, by 4mn VND and then by 50k VND. They believed i had not paid for the hotel room charges even though i had paid through Agoda. Then they thought i drank some coke from the minibar, which i didnt, small issue but dont like to be overcharged. (2) For the time i was there, there were dodgy looking local toughs who were using the room to party. Insanely loud dance music with booming base from 11 pm to 7 am (i was two doors away so it was bearable). Locals inside partying/raving away with people coming and and going and slamming doors. This made me feel more alert and less safe. (3) Hotel cleanliness is okay. Overall i would say B. These hotels need to do a better job of controlling the smell of smoke that clings to the room after people smoke inside. (4) Attitude of doorman needs to improve. Several times i was carrying large bags but he just looked away, nonchalant, uncaring. I can lift my own bags its not a big deal, but if i were a doorman/bellboy i would give the guests a better customer service experience. Xem tiếp

first night the room was on 11 floor, the 12 floor hotel held disco party, noisy music, dancing step noise, ppl noisy running up and down stair between 12, 11 and 10 event rooms. Call reception twice. the english of staff is minimal. though the noise lower a bit, the sleep quality was ruined. It's such a Cosy place with nice design... Service are good and staff are helpful. The infrastructure is good. The hotel is good for those people who enjoy the real local life. It's nearby a local market and some food stores, besides the Temple of Literature. Xem tiếp

Do not stay in this hotel if you are a non smoker. All the rooms are smoking rooms. The rooms have cigarette burns in the carpet and on the furniture and the rooms all smell very bad. We only stayed there 1 night instead of the 7 we booked for because of the smell in all the rooms. When we kept saying the rooms were smoking because of the smell and the fact there were ashtrays and matches in all the rooms the staff started to show us rooms they said were non smoking but they had just removed the ashtrays and sprayed lots of air freshener around. Then to top off this bad experience I discovered when we moved to our new hotel that I had left my lovely sandals in the room. When I rang the same day to tell the Asean staff I would come back and pick them up. Oh Suprise ,,, suprise no one had seen them and they told me I must have lost them in the other hotel even though it was the same day and I had just unpacked. So the cleaners or the reception staff scored a really gorgeous pair of my sandals and there was nothing I could do. Also I do not understand how this hotel can get a 3 star rating. The toiletries provided are not disposable or individually packaged. The shower hair cap in the bathroom was a one that can be used by many different people. What would happen if the hotel guests before you have nits or lice!!! Xem tiếp

This hotel is not located right in the old quarter, but still it is in walking distance of many of Hanoi's key sights - Temple of Literature (5 mins walk), Art Gallery (10 mins), Ancient Citadel (15 mins) and Hoam Kiem Lake (20 mins). The immediate neighbourhood is very busy with a thriving local market at the front door. The hotel itself is fairly basic with standard, clean rooms, average breakfast (good omelettes) and efficient staff. All in all its a decent hotel which will suit people who like to be close to, but not on top of the main tourist precinct. Xem tiếp
