Phòng quá nhỏ và không tiện nghi, chủ nhà rất khó chịu với khách. Phòng tắm khóa cửa hỏng. Nghỉ lại 2 đêm nhưng ko hề dọn phòng. Sẽ không bao giờ trở lại đây Xem tiếp

Staff is not willing to help you in any way. This was the first time in Vietnam that I met such unfriendly and rude staff. Would never go back there. Xem tiếp

This hotel is family run and they do not speak any English except one daughter who works at night but is so busy, because it is also a bar, she has no time to be bothered, The 2 older ladies always stare me down as i come and go " I feel like I've done something wrong every time I see them". I had a friend come visit from Thailand who is female. When I brought her to my hotel the 2 older women started yelling at her and calling her a hooker, call girl, and whore in Vietnamese, "I know this because my Vietnamese friend who was also with us told me what they were screaming at her. My female friend had never been in Vietnam before so their attack was completely uncalled for. Because of the unprofessional, embarrassing and disappointing attitude of the staff I decided to leave the hotel with one week left on my booking. I did not of course get any kind of refund, I did make a point of going back and talking to the daughter about the situation and mentioned that they should make it clear that guests are not allowed. This would have made me not book this hotel since I had pre-planned for company before hand. For the record my Thai female friend is just that a friend. Xem tiếp

Infested with cockroaches, my room didn't have a "city view" (or even a window) as Agoda specified, and I ended up checking out early because of a dispute with the staff. I would recommend NOT staying here. Xem tiếp

Staff service is very good. Room is neat and clean, and needed simple amenities, such as towels, slippers, electrical outlets, hangers, toilet paper, etc. are provided, however I did not see soap, shampoo and toothpaste. Air-conditioning cools well and water supply is strong. On the negative side, the noise from the drinking crowd at the ground floor of the hotel is terrible. The noise starts from around 8:00 in the evening and will not stop until 2:00 in the morning. At the time I was there a power failure happened and my room without windows became claustrophobic and hot as oven. The hotel management gave me a portable lamp but the heat forced me to leave the room and take refuge in nearby cafe that was not affected by the electrical brownout for at least two hours. Xem tiếp

You can do better. I'm glad I didn't stay there long. You may have difficulty sleeping at night. The partying outside doesn't stop until 3 or 4 am in the morning and you can hear it from inside your room. They don't seem to take security that seriously at this hotel. My door was left unlocked after my room was cleaned. The staff didn't seem too friendly. The cold stares I received from them whenever I left or returned made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I book that hotel cuz it was rated 7.1 and it was totally dissapoint. We are 4 girls, arrived HCM city at 22.00 and jst wanna lie down or take a bath but everything we got was: "WE ARE FULL and nothing left" even thought i wrote clearly in my speacial request that "we might checkin late at 22.00 and pls prepare a room for us". After 1 hour tired of waitting cuz they want us move to the nearby hotel but we didnt agree then surprisingly they had a room for us right in this hotel. The room was dirty but we dnt have any choice cuz we already paid. The only positive point here is this hotel located right in Buivien street, take a few steps and you can party all night. To be honest the stay was only brief and despite being right in the centre of a busy street, it was not too noisy. There was air con and a fridge. However one staff members rudeness made the stay much less enjoyable. Xem tiếp

1st night the music in the lobby/cheap drinking establishment went on until 430am. I think with the cheap alcohol prices and mix of music makes this more of a house party type of place. Certainly book here if you not want too far to go when you are drunk. ;-) The 2nd night only went until 230am as the crowd dwindle down as if there were more patrons I'm sure it could have gone onto to 6am........ I enjoyed my stay, but i am writing this honestly for you. while this room was tiny and not the cleanest place, nothing fancy about it, but it is very cheap, and perfect for a solo traveller just needing a good bed in between seeing saigon and enjoying the nightlife. bonus is that this hotel also makes the strongest and cheapest drinks at night. amazingly i heard nothing of the nightlife despite being literally in the center of it all. for about $13 its a pretty cool choice. if you want better, spend ten more dollars somewhere, but dont go to madam cuc 64 that place is disgusting. this place is what it is and i liked it Xem tiếp
