I booked 3 nights at Pearlight. When I reached hotel, my room was occupied. They sent me to 500m away named Symphony Hotel ( lower star hotel , their hotel also. ) At first, I thought Is upgrade my stay. However, Symphony hotel is dark ( lobby, lift ) hotel , noisy renovation next to the hotel for 2 hours during mid night and 5:50am start noisy again. Another reason is location far away from St Joseph’s Cathedral . I complaint then they sent me back to stay another hotel named S Central ( opposite Pearlight). They group have Symphony ( 500m away ), Pearlight, Star Grand & S Central next to each other. Beware if you booked higher grade hotel, but was arranged to stay at lower grade hotel . Star Grand has better / more variety breakfast than others. I used to do online booking, first time this incident happened to me. And I think is not right because they want to earn more cos I early booked in lower rate, they use my room to rent out to other guests in higher rate ) Xem tiếp

The location in old quarter, near to the hoan kiem lake just walking around 10-15 minute. And around hotel is a lot of store and food. So nice. The staff also so helpfull and friendly. Xem tiếp

we Arrived with 3 suitcases and when we got to the hotel found out there was no elevator and my room was on the 7th floor.. the staff was really nice and changed me to there sister hotel roght opposit. all staff was really nice and helpful specially DONG &HAI thank you very much to all the staff room was really large and aircon should be left on 24/7 Xem tiếp

I recommend you guys to check in here because, eventhough the building is small yet the room is big and nice. Plus, the receptionist are always in welcome mode which give positive vibes. The hotel give the very best hospitality and services in which you can imagine you were in 4/5 star hotel. Xem tiếp

There was a reservation stuff up from Agoda. The staff organised a mattress for us , carrying a double up 4 flights. They helped us with a late check out and were more than helpful with any request. The location is great, the only downer was the church bells at 5 am. But everything was close. The room was clean and big with 2 queen sized beds. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of local and western foods. If we go back to Hanoi will stay there again. Xem tiếp

We had a family room with 2 king sized beds, very comfortable. The room was spacious and had a balcony looking out onto St Joseph's Cathedral. Check in and check out were smooth and trouble free with a welcome juice and fruit provided on arrival. All staff were attentive, polite and ready to assist whenever they could. Your hotel is located nearly the Church, closely to walk to Old Quarter (5 mins). I need to leave the hotel early morning for taking bus to SAPA, and the staff is very nice to willing to help us to pack the breakfast to go. Besides that, when we come back again the day after, we are arranged the room with big king bed. It's comfortable for sleeping. For sure, I will stay here if I have chance to back to Hanoi. And recommend all people can stay here to earn the spirit of Hanoi. Xem tiếp
