Reception speaks English well enough, they're very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a 3 star hotel with budget prices especially if you book online. They have scooter rental on the premises, cozy swimming pool, lovely food at reasonable prices and a gorgeous puppy called Roger, but we named her Ruby :-) Xem tiếp

You get that you pay for. Not all rooms have view, but if you are lucky enough, you may ask lovely Manager. She is very responsible and helpful. She will assist you in everything. That place has the potential to be one of the nicest place to stay in the South of Phu Quoc. The pros : -The prices are great -The owner is the most adorable and funny person we met on the island -You’re surrounded by animals and other very nice travellers -They rent scooters so the location of the place is good when you have one -We had an amazing time sharing drinks with the owner and other guests -They have a laundry service The cons : -We would have given it a five stars if the room had been cleaner, that’s their main biggest issue. The bathroom was really dirty when we were given the room and we had to clean the shower ourself. Found some hairs in the bed and you should better wear socks when you walk in the room. -They never cleaned the room once when we were there( we stayed 5 nights ) -You have way too much light in the room at night because they don’t turn the big spots that are outside the hotel. -Because of the big spots outside you can’t use the balconies in the evening since it’s crowded with tons of insects( you don’t want to open the door at night, really ) -They have ants issues( but we had bug spray ) -The beds are hard but it’s the case in most hotels in Vietnam Besides this stuff that need some improvement I can’t recommend more this place mostly for the owner and the very great value. We were really sad to leave this place and we will definitely come back hoping they had fix what needs to be improved in order to be the best hotel in Phu Quoc ;) Xem tiếp

老板娘很热情，可以租摩托车，但是没有厨房借用，住了很多天导致房间打扫经常偷懒，常住不是很建议，早餐价格跟外面差不多，很安静。整个岛人民都是看人喊价格，消费堪比二线城市 Xem tiếp
