Nhân viên rất tắc trách. Tôi đã trả tiền trên Agoda rồi nhưng lễ tân vẫn thu tiền. Sau khi biết nhầm lẫn thì ghi chép tài khoản bảo sẽ chuyển khoản trả chị, vậy mà gần 3 tuần rồi vẫn chẳng thấy đâu Xem tiếp

mình đã phòng trc 1 tuần, đã thanh toán đầy đủ nhưng lúc đến nhận phòng thì chủ khách sạn bảo là đã full hết phòng do khách hàng gia hạn thuê thêm 1 ngày. Cho dù khách muốn gia hạn thì cũng phải xem đã có khách hàng khác đặt phòng hay chưa, bên phía khách sạn tự ý chủ động gia hạn thuê với khách hàng cũ hủy đơn đặt phòng với mình nhưng ko báo gì với mình. It's located in the kind of Japanese district with lots of Japanese restaurants and massage saloons. As a european women traveling alone I spent there one night (but not in the weekend. It might be crowdy than). Xem tiếp

I was attracted by the location and price. The room was a 6th floor walk-up (no lift), no windows, poor air-con, TV that didn't work. I walked away to another hotel as it was for only one night and I did not want to stay in this room. I didn't even bother with a refund. You get what you pay for! Xem tiếp

The kitchen wardrobe as seen from website mainly “for display only”, we didn’t mean to cook but at least serve a kettle. Was told by front desk not every room provided with kettle. No soap or toiletries provided, only toilet roll was given. The hotel room was bit run down. The surrounding of the hotel was so noisy at night till early morning. Loud music from the bar next to hotel was terrible disturbing. No escalator. Our room was at 5th floor. Had no choice but to use the narrow staircase during our stay. Xem tiếp

Located in the Japanese district, lots of dining and bar options at the very bottom of the hotel. Walkable distance to everything, we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and come again Xem tiếp

When I came, reception said there is no more the room I booked and I must pay 50k/night in addition to move to larger room. It is cheap cheating. It was quite late and I had no choice beside of paying more. Be careful of this hotel. Xem tiếp

We have rented 3 rooms. However, the staff has missed out 1 room booking via Agoda, somehow staff very adoptable and arrange extra beds, pillows and blankets to other room with no extra charges and willing to refund for 1 room shortage. Xem tiếp

Friendly staff and customer care. This is no lift Hotel, better stay lower floor. We have inquired high floor room end up we need walk up to 6 floor every time. Room with cooking facility, utensil need inquire from the frond desk staff. Xem tiếp

In the heart of city center. It is in alley so that no car pass by and very quite place. Japanese area, lot of restaurant with cheap price. Room is big and clean with bathtub + smart TV so that i can work with big screen TV. Will stay here again. Xem tiếp

I was supposed to stay at a friend's place but his AirCon was faulty so I started looking for a hotel nearby his place and found 7S Home Central Hotel. This place seems to be a family run hotel and the people I encountered were very friendly. My room felt rather new or at least renovated recently, it was impeccably clean and fully equipped with TV & Cable (although not connected), small kitchen, large fridge and all the amenities you could need in the bathroom. The AirCon was working very well and was also quiet which is always appreciated. The location is in the Japanese district with all the nice restaurants and dodgy massage parlours. This also means that you need to walk about 50m to reach the main road to get a taxi or what not, but I view this as an advantage as you have less traffic fumes and noise in the hotel. Honestly, I was surprised how cheap this was and definitely recommend this place whatever your profile: backpacker, couple, solo traveller, on business... Xem tiếp

設備やサービス以前の問題。 2泊で予約してたけど、1泊目に急に翌日部屋がないから、1泊しか出来ないと言われた。 特に何の補償もなく、とにかく泊まれないとのこと。 結局2泊目のキャンセル処理をホテル側でやることになったが、キャンセル処理もされていないし返金もない。 Xem tiếp

良かった事は周辺の路地は日本人街と言える程のいんしょくてん、居酒屋、バー、カラオケ店、コンビニ何でも有ります。日本人経営でスタッフも多少ですが日本語も話せます。 悪かった事は6泊して1度しかシーツの取替えは有りません、それもこちらから頼んで…また、トイレットペーパーの補充も有りません!最悪は清掃を依頼したら部屋の鍵を無くされてスペアーを渡されましたが、保安、治安において非常に不安でした。同じ料金ならばブイビエンやフォングラオ近くには、もっと清潔で安心出来る宿が有ります。次回からはもう利用しません。 Xem tiếp
