I stayed here for two nights. After that, I decided to check out, but I called the front desk to see if I can check out later at 2pm. She said no, I tried to negotiate 1pm, then 12:30, still no, she said because guests were waiting, and that check-in time for the guests was 12pm. I checked out at 12pm, and when I went down to the front desk, the lady was yelling at me, call me selfish, not a man. Very bad customer service. In most hotels worldwide, check in time is at 2pm, there's is 12pm. Actually, if I wanted to get technical about it, their listed check in and check out time was 12AM on agoda, I could have said I can stay for another 12 hours. Xem tiếp

It's peaceful and quiet inside. Not infront of the famous pham ngu lao st (backpackers st) but very much walking distance. Auntie is very friendly =). Ideal for just a few nights of stay Xem tiếp

They sent me to another place diffirent from the place on the map on agoda like a scam. The woman at the hotel is very rude like I'm not matter because I book online with cheaper price. The room is very small, toilet is small too and the faucet is broken and dirty. I suggest nobody should book here unless you want a bad experience Xem tiếp

only good thing is location, staff not very helpfull or friendly, they see this place as a money machine by passing through tourists. The other annoying thing was that every time one left the room, the fuses were switched off, so if one came back and no one was at reception there was no electricity in the room as the main fuse had to be switched on Xem tiếp

Very Good experience stayed in 4 Boys Guesthouse. If you have morning meal are not guesthouse. Go out guesthouse walk by foot around 2-3min. Are there have one restaurant support about morning meal. taste good and very kind cook for you. Xem tiếp

I booked by agoda, but the staff said my booking sent to booking.com. I knew this, when they asked me to pay before left the hostel, I thought i have paid by credit card. But in polite way, the staff asked me to checked my balance/history of my credit card, and it's true i didn't pay yet, so I should pay by cash that time. Maybe agoda should check how it can be happened, because the staff said it happened several times with his guests. I promised to coming back to this hostel before my departure to Kuala Lumpur, but I didn't do that because I was mixed up with my itinerary and was in hurry to get my flight. Xem tiếp

We were lead to our room by passing through a narrow alley, it's super dark and dirty, kinda unsafe for solo traveler, we have paid for our room fares to one of the staff, and when we were checking out the another staff claimed that we haven't paid for it, and after all it turns out as a misunderstanding,definitely won't stay here again. For domitory, they will take your other building. 2-3mins further. Need to go through very narrow alley. Very small no common area. No personla lamp or electricity. I stayed a few hours before my night bus. I would consider other hostel next time. Xem tiếp

First, the room given to us didn't look like the one in the picture. Second, no toothbrush, toothpaste . Third, AC is controlled by the hotel so when they forget to turn on, lots of stairs to climb down and up for the fifth floor. Fourth, dont ask to call taxi to airport for you, by 20% (should take you 140k, not 170k). Fifth, it's like because we're only stayed for one night, the service went down by a lot of notches. Staff didn't feel friendly. Even with the cheap price, we felt it didn't worth it. Xem tiếp

we didn't think a thing until we were walking up and wondering as two American girls, "will we be the only women?" nope. couples. men, women, everybody. super inclusive, great family taking care of you. stiff beds like the best of asia. hot showers, cheap beer back packer strip. great cheap food outside either end of the alley and a cute little lady in pajamas next door that will stand with you while you drunkenly eat your dollar noodle/omelette at two am to protect you from purse snatchers (real fear! be ware!) great stay! It's a pretty vanilla hotel, nothing sticks out good or bad, which is probably a good thing. No tour buying hassle and a quiet location in a busy part of town. Your stay will be as quiet as your neighbors. Due to the design you do hear everything from your neighbors, even with the bathroom door closed. Xem tiếp
